★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very dirty they charged the A/C,I found papers underneath my bed, I booked a king size bed and they gave me two single beds, the receptionist told me that they didn’t even have a king size bed at the hotel

The bar is elegant and stylish and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Crete

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was VERY dirty(floor bed covers bathroom), they charged the A/C 6€ per day, they didn’t even have toilet paper it was a disgusting experience. They play loud music until 5 am in the morning, so sleeping isn’t a option here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at cloud9 Hotel for one week and had a mint experience, the hotel is situated above the bar, the rooms are spacious with a balcony too, great pool and back terrace overlooking the Cretan mountains. The hotel is in the heart of the Malia strip, the most central place you could be. The atmosphere at the bar in the evening is electric, great DJ playing classics to get everyone dancing and a varied cocktail menu to keep you going, highly recommend, all the team are so friendly and eager to help, welcome cocktail on arrival to the hotel and a really smooth check in process. All round an authentic Malia experience, highly recommend.
