For a vacation or romantic getaway, this place is perfect. The location is steps away from the beach with a private pool and jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition, there is an outdoor barbecue. Everything in the villa is spotlessly clean, new, and well maintained. From the pool you are surrounded by olive trees and blue skies. The manager of the properties knows the best places to dine and shop in the area. She went out of her way to make our stay unforgettable. One day after coming back from the beach, we were surprised to discover a special surprise for our anniversary. The staff had decorated the bed with swans and flower petals. We will definitely return next year.

Ocean Private Villas amazed me and my family!! It was clean, spacious and close to everything you would want! The layout of the villa gave my kids enough room to be free and have the whole upstairs. Not one complaint from the kids, just constant smiles! From the second floor you can see the beach which is only meters away. I can’t remember how many times my kids said thank you once they entered the villa. Another surprising feature is the sound does not travel from villa to villa. At times we played our music very loud and the neighbors said they heard nothing. The same goes for us we had friends and their families staying a few villas down and couldn’t hear a sound until we entered into their area. I’ve stayed all over the world and at a lot of nice places. Never have I had hospitality like this! It was above anything you could imagine, Nafsika was amazing, from the first time we communicated, even now that we’re trying to book our second family getaway there, she still gives the same positive energy. They also surprise you with this amazing home baked cheese and spinach pie. Our last morning we received the pie and within minutes the family devoured it! Every friend I have showed videos to and told about this place instantly asked for the contact information (they were impressed by the videos). Thank you for everything Nafsika and Ocean Private Villas! With all the things that are going on and with the pandemic still in swing, Ocean private Villas gave us a slice of heaven and peace. I highly recommend only staying there in Pefkohori when you visit.

First we want to thank you for a marveloous stay, The house was ideal for us, although it is not big, we had up to 8 people comfortaly sleeping in it. The architecture is perfect. All sleeping rooms with direct bath room, The living takes place outside an with grill ,dishwasher, washing machine outside you have everything you need in a very specious and cosy athmosphere. We loved the pool and the garden arey. Everything very clean. We have been very well looked after, every wish was immediately fullfilled. Cleaning 2-3 times a week, is perfect. Parking for 2 cars directly before the house. 100 m to the beach. Far enough away from the town to avoid the very busy main street, but near enough to the nceessary shopping area. The area is much nicer and greener then the south. So all in all for us it was perfect and a good price ratio, We truly can recommend!!

Beautifully architecturally designed villa, modern and super clean. We stayed at Penelope and the villa was fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 8 guests with three good size bathrooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. Nafsika was great, a phone call away to help and guide with anything that we needed. Quite and very safe neighborhood! We ll definitely come back next year! Modern, clean and completely equipped villa. Each room has its own bathroom and more than enough towels for everyone. The pool and the jacuzzi are an excellent refreshment during the hottest part of a summer day. Outdoor is spacious and equipped with barbecue, dishwasher and laundry washer. The owners are very pleasant and friendly. They welcomed us with wine, honey, water, teas and coffee capsules. One morning they served us with delicious homemade Greek pita. The beach is quite and uncrowded, at about 100 meters from the villa. The best recommendations!

Nice nice nice Premium experience for an all year long visit. We came in April and had blankets and bbq filled with coil waiting for us outside. Exclusive rooms, outstanding architecture, SUPERB pool.

It was the perfect stay! I can't thank enough Nafsika, she was always available and she accommodated all our requests. I highly recommend the Ocean Villas, they are beautiful, quiet, and everything is accessible quickly. The perfect luxurious stay to discover the area!
