Very nice Cocktails and a perfect view to the ocean!

Positive:Lovely staff, but chaotic service Negatives: unbelievably rude and arrogant restaurant "manager" (?) Super expensive for no reason (french fries 8euro lol) Worst sushi of my life Cocktails awwwful, all I could taste was the fakeness from the cheap soda and cheap alcohol They will not even refill water or wine (when you sell steak/meat cuts for something like 140+euros per kilo and fish/seafood 90euros per kilo, well, such service is expected). Oh I forgot, they did not even bring us water, or a welcome, which happens normally at good restaurants. Overpriced but super low quality. We trully regret we came. We did not enjoy it at all. In the end they brought us a tiny piece of something like orange cake.

The first time my husband and I visited the restaurant it was good, tasty food, very respectful, friendly service from the waiters and really nice conversation with the manager. The second time we wanted to stay on the beach, so we ask for a beer and a whiskey. Everything was good, the waiter very nice by the way, but when our drinks came, they were on a plastic cups... Ok, for me it didn't matter, really. The first thing the waiter did was to say excuses about this (even when we didn't say anything). I really didn't give it importance, I thought that was the "beach service" so I didn't think too much. But a moment later, when I looked around me and I saw that everyone else was drinking in real glasses, that made me feel discriminated. Why was it like that Manager? We were not blond enough? It was our origin country non EU? I looked for you to say this face to face but you wasn't around so... This is my complaint. I reiterate, the issue wasn't the plastic cups, was the difference you did between people. Ugly thing to do. And for the record, we were going to go back everyday, but after this never again, I've never felt discriminated before until now.

Fantastic food, nice atmosphere and a beautiful view of the ocean

The best restaurant probably on the whole Crete! Extremely good location with tasteful interior in front of the sea. The food was also great, especially squid & snails :) You can see attention to every single detail in that place. The owner and staff are superbly friendly and welcoming. And it’s not overpriced even though it looks quite fancy. Would recommend to everyone in that area visit Ocean Seaside to enjoy a nice meal in front of the sea.

Very welcoming. Service was spot on and the drinks menu was good. We only stopped for a drink but nothing was too much trouble. The view was good, well looking out to sea and watching the world go by is always special. The barman was very polite and we'd definitely go back

Service is a little slow, but that's all part of the experience. Because this is a great place to chill and relax. The chicken burger was really good and the prices are nice. Pictured: long island iced tea.
