One of the best taverns in town. Very good and friendly Service, authentic, Raki and fruits for free in the end. Great Setting under a olive tree on a terrace.

Best Food, Service and Raki in town. I never felt more welcome. Just eat here and support this superb Experience and the nice family!!! Also, all the locals eat here, which speaks for itself! We have eaten here multiple times and it was always more than enjoyable!

Excellent food, really nice people. You can choose daily fresh fish or kretan smoked meat. The taste is just awesome! The staffs are absolutely courteous. And thanks for the typical kretan drinks =)

Try fish of the day. It's amazing and comes with great hospitality! You usually get a free surprising apetizer. But if you want to have more apetizer I suggest the small herb pies. If you are a fan of ocra then try the bamia here. I have been in this village for two weeks. Now I can tell this is the best restaurant to have fresh, delicious, and high quality food. Don't miss it. Update 2021: still high quality food with a fair price and friendly service.

Absolutely, the best place with tasty cuisine in Analipsi. 1. Family restaurant. Looks like it was founded like a “bar in a free room”, then grew up to a solid restaurant. There are an olive tree in a middle of terrace, and fireplace to smoke meat and fish. I’m sure it input even more to atmosphere in a cold season. 2. The Menu: good variety of fish, seafood and meat. We tasted octopus, stewed beef, baked pork (my favorite, because of delicate middle together with crispy outside), grilled squids (wife’s favorite, exactly the time - delicate meat, not over cooked), sardines and more. We found the place has the best balance between fine quality and solid variety of dishes. 3. The Owner. The man. However it is a local family restaurant we got top service in terms of time, serving, and overall atmosphere all thanks this man. Today was our last day on resort, I visited the place on the way to airport, but unfortunately he was away and I’m so sad to miss a handshake with him. Last but not least. 4. Homemade rakia. It was a majestic drink. The best one we had on Crete. Strong, but with unique scent of raisin after. Usually we’re are not visiting the same resorts twice, but I bet if we got a good offer to Crete next time I will do all to visit the place no matter where we will stay.
