Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολυ ωραίο. Είχαμε μεγάλο μπαλκόνι και ήταν καθαρό. Το προσωπικο ήταν ευγενικο, ότι ζητήσαμε μας το έδωσαν. Είναι μέσα στην πολη και τα παντα κοντά, μόλις 2-5 λεπτά με τ ποδια. Μπράβο σας !!

Nous n'y avons pris qu'un café, mais c'est un lieu à retenir ... Dans un lieu un peu hors du temps, nous voilà installés dans des fauteuils extraordinairement confortables, et nous avons eu le plaisir d'être accueillis comme des rois. La déco est magique, la personne qui nous sert parle parfaitement l'anglais... Une migniardise faite maison et une petite bouteille d'eau accompagnent notre café, un expresso de qualité. J'ai adoré ce moment.

Our family of 4 (our teenage daughters are 15 and 17 years old) loved our stay here. We were right in the middle of the city action, as you walk out the front doors that is where all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and action takes place. The room was like a large condo instead of just a normal hotel room and we even had a full kitchen and three air conditioners that made it very comfortable. The reason I am writing this review is because the staff went above and beyond to help us. They served us breakfast as they cleaned the room since we were four hours early on our check-in. I feel like they gave us extra food and then they even let us view the room before we made our final decision to book it. They gave us their own personal beach towels as we headed to a nearby beach off property. They gave us complimentary dessert as we checked out and had lunch there because the food was excellent. It was just what we were looking for, as we wanted to be in the Chania city life. Be aware that you are in the city and the nightlife goes on into the evening but that is what we wanted. One final note, two doors down you can do your laundry with washers and dryers for just dollars and cents, which we did. This was one of our best nights stay on the trip, mainly because the city life was fun and the staff at this hotel made us feel very very welcome!!!!

I went to their coffee shop and I was extremely disappointed as felt fooled and cheated on. Be aware that you are treated fairly without being considered as a tourist. I came two different times in two consecutive days and I was charged almost double price for the same product (by an old lady). I was also charged 7 euros for a plain yogurt plate by the same lady. Check the menu before you order anything!
