★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to stay in Chania! Rooms are super modern and clean located on one of the nicest streets in the city of Chania. The area ist just amazing with countless amazing restaurants and bars. Everything perfect, would love to visit again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived late at night, well after the check in process, but they worked with me to leave a code and card. Katia was very helpful throughout the process. The room was clean, modern, and I have no complaints. Next time I am in Chania I will be staying there again. The location is perfect and is very close to the old Venetian port.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed over the New Year celebrations of 2020, pre Covid19. The communication before, during and after the reservation was excellent. The section with the newer rooms offers modernity in style (minimalistic) amentities and enhanced comfort through a very good A/C system, large shower room etc. The older rooms have more charm in my opinion, but in the winter you will miss the A/C. We were offered a spacious superior room-junior suite facing the busy little street at old town, yet there was no noise at all and we were very warm and comfortable. We even found parking space at the street leading to the port. Despite the cold rainy weather, the superb location at old town and close to the port (10 mins walk), availed to us lots restaurants, cafes etc where we had breakfast and some amazing meals w/out having to walk much. Food in Chania is superb. So is the hospiatlity of its peope and Katia was the highlight of our stay. She helped us find restaurants for NY eve and NY day and she was efficient, polite, obliging, friendly, throughout. Overall, great quality at great prices, superb value! I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our stay, we extended it twice! Katia, the property manager was warm and friendly! She answered any questions we had. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The location is great! Close to all the food and bars. We requested a quieter room, bc at night the area gets lively. We were surprise how we couldn't hear a thing! Will definitely come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To make it short: the location and the style of the Minaret Suites & Apartments are just top! It doesn't get more central than this and the furnishings are chic and high quality, although certainly not extremely spacious.
Very importantly, the windows are very well soundproofed when closed and the air conditioning runs quietly and efficiently. So even a good night's sleep in the middle of the busy old town is no problem - if the other guests keep quiet inside the house ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ended up staying as a result of water issue at our original booking. The crew a the Minaret was spectacular in accommodating us under short notice. In addition they saved my bacon by delivering my laptop to the airport when I had forgotten it in the room. Absolutely excellent customer service going above and beyond.
