★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης μου στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα ήταν άψογη.ένα μπράβο σε όλους τους εργαζόμενους πρώτα απ όλα για την ευγένια τους και για την μεγάλη γκάμα προιόντων .άμεση εξυπηρέτηση .Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
My service experience in this particular store was impeccable. Well done to all employees first of all for their kindness and for the wide range of products. Immediate service. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μπορώ να πω οι άνθρωποι είναι λες και είναι οι μοναδικοί στο στοιχείο αυτό με τα μελανιά. Συμπεριφορά άθλια , ειρωνεία στο φουλ, εξυπηρέτηση τι είναι αυτό??? Δεν νομίζω να έχουν αυτήν την λέξη στο λεξιλόγιο τους.
Απλά πάτε αλλού να βρείτε αυτό που θέλετε.
Γιατί στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα μόνο νεύρα θα σας δημιουργήσουν.
I can say people are as if they are the only ones in this element with bruises. Miserable behavior, irony in full, service what is this ??? I do not think they have that word in their vocabulary.
Just go elsewhere to find what you want.
Because in this store only nerves will create you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο "αριστοι επαγγελματιες" αλλα μαλλον εν μια νυκτι εγιναν να μην εκφραστω καλυτερα πως.
Απο ευγενεια κ συμπεριφορα σκιζουν κ μαλιστα προς την αρνητικοτερη πλευρα.
Οι πελατες δεν εχουν παντα δικιο αλλα ελεος με το να μην κρατανε τους τυπους κ απλα κ επειδη ειδαν μια γυναικα να μιλανε λες κ περναει η μαγκια τους.
Γιατι αν ημουν αντρας πιστευω δν θα συμπεριφερονταν ετσι.
Αν κ δυσκολο το βλεπω η συμπεριφορα τους αυτη δν αλλαζει αν δεν εισαι ανθρωπος πρωτα απο ολα κ να σεβεσαι τον αλλον που ερχεται κ μπαινει στο μαγαζι σου ενω εχει αλλα 50 τουλαχιστον με το ιδιο προιον.
Και απο οτι βλεπω δν ειμαι η μονη με αρνητικη αξιολογηση.
Μπραβο σας να σας χαιρονται
From "excellent professionals" but probably overnight I did not express how better.
From politeness and behavior they tear and in fact to the more negative side.
Customers are not always right but at the mercy of not keeping the guys and simply because they saw a woman talking as if their magic is passing.
Because if I were a man I believe they would not behave like that.
If I find it difficult, their behavior does not change if you are not a human being first of all and to respect the other person who comes and enters your shop while he has another 50 at least with the same product.
And from what I see I am not the only one with a negative evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργάζομαι μαζί τους πολλά χρόνια και είναι πάντοτε πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και με διάθεση να βοηθήσουν. Ακόμα και στις ελάχιστες περιπτώσεις που κάποιο τόνερ είχε πρόβλημα (συμβαίνει, δεν τα φτιάχνουν οι ίδιοι!) η αντικατάσταση ήταν άμεση.
I work with them for many years and they are always very helpful and willing to help. Even in the rare cases where a toner had a problem (it happens, they do not fix it themselves!) The replacement was immediate.
