Δεν είχα κανένα πρόβλημα με την εξυπηρέτηση. Ξαφνιάζομαι με τα σχόλια που διαβάζω, αλλά για εμένα πήγε καλά. Due to the proximity to my house I went and bought a portable hard drive. He offered me a toshiba 1t at a very good price. I had no problem with the service. I'm surprised by the comments I read, but for me it went well.

Update : επειδή έχετε θράσος ,σε συνδυασμό με τον αντιεπαγγελματισμο, θα ήταν καλό να δείτε πριν απαντήσετε , ότι φαίνεται ξεκάθαρα το παραστατικό με την φίρμα σας…. Too bad the money you get. An open watch came in, used, a different color from the one I ordered. Update: because you have the audacity, in combination with the unprofessionalism, it would be good to see before you answer, that the document with your brand is clearly visible….
Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΟΣ ΜΟΥΖΑΚΙΤΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Την Πέμπτη 11/11, προχωρήσαμε σε παραγγελία και εξόφληση 4x μελανιών για εκτυπωτή, 2x Panasonic ασυρματων τηλεφώνων και SSD δίσκου Samsung, αφού προηγήθηκε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα (παρότι έγγραφε Άμεση Παραλαβή) και διασφάλιση απο μέρους του καταστήματος ότι θα παραλάβουμε την Παρασκευή 12/11 μετά τις 13:00. Πριν ξεκινήσουμε για το κατάστημα, πήραμε τηλέφωνο και μας είπε ότι δεν μας τα έστειλαν τα μελάνια, τα έστειλαν καταλάθος στην αποθήκη και θα τα έχουμε Δευτέρα. Την Δευτέρα πήραμε πάλι τηλέφωνο και μας είπαν ότι θα τα έχουμε Τρίτη. Τρίτη μέχρι τις 14:00 δεν είχαν έρθει και κατα τις 15:30 που πήραμε πάλι, μας είπαν ότι ήρθαν και μπορούμε να τα παραλάβουμε. Τετάρτη το πρωί που πήγαμε να παραλάβουμε τα πράγματα,αφού έκοψε το τιμολόγιο και μας έδωσε την σακούλα (γκρι μη διαπεραστή) διαπιστώσαμε ότι μέσα είχαν βάλει Philips ασύρματα τηλέφωνα και όχι Panasonic (Ευτυχώς που τα έλεγξα πριν φύγω απο το κατάστημα ή δεν τα είχαν στείλει με courier). Τους ενημέρωσα επι τόπου ότι εγώ δεν παράγγειλα Philips και μου απάντησαν αυτά μας έστειλε η αποθήκη, μάλλον δεν είχαν τα Panasonic!!!! Τους απάντησα ότι εγώ δεν παράγγειλα στην αποθήκη, αλλά σε εσάς και σε κάθε περίπτωση έπρεπε να ενημερωθώ για οποιαδήποτε αλλαγή στην παραγγελία, πόσο μάλλον πριν την παραλαβή στο χέρι σε κλειστή σακούλα! Μου είπαν ότι θα ακυρώσουν τα τηλέφωνα, είδαν ότι στην αποθήκη υπάρχει το μοντέλο αντικατάστασης στην ίδια τιμή αφού αυτό έχει καταργηθεί (!!) και θα μας το στείλουν την επομένη έως τις 14:30 Την επομένη που πάλι πήραμε τηλέφωνο, μας είπαν ότι η αποθήκη τους δεν το στέλνει και πρέπει να πάνε αυτοί να το πάρουν (!!!!!) και ότι θα το έχουν Σάββατο πρωί. Φυσικά το Σάββατο που πήραμε τηλ, μας είπαν ότι δεν το πήραν και θα το φέρουν από Δευτέρα. Τους είπα ευγενικά να μην τους ταλαιπωρώ και να μου πιστώσουν το υπόλοιπο, όπου και έπραξαν σε 2η όχλησή μου την Δευτέρα 22/11. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. On Thursday 11/11, we proceeded to order and pay for 4x printer inks, 2x Panasonic cordless phones and Samsung SSD disk, after prior telephone contact with the store (despite writing Immediate Receipt) and assurance from the store that we will receive on Friday 12 / 11 after 13:00. Before we started for the store, we got a phone call and he told us that they did not send us the inks, they sent them to the warehouse and we will have them on Monday. On Monday we got a call again and we were told we would have them on Tuesday. Tuesday until 14:00 they did not come and at 15:30 we got again, they told us they came and we can pick them up. Wednesday morning when we went to pick up the items, after he cut the invoice and gave us the bag (gray impermeable) we found that they had Philips cordless phones inside and not Panasonic (Luckily I checked them before I left the store or they did not send them by courier). I informed them on the spot that I did not order Philips and they replied that the warehouse sent us, they probably did not have Panasonic !!!! I replied that I did not order in the warehouse, but to you and in any case I had to be informed of any change in the order, especially before receiving it in hand in a closed bag! They told me that they will cancel the phones, they saw that in the warehouse there is the replacement model at the same price since it has been removed (!!) and they will send it to us the next day until 14:30 The next day we got a call again, they told us that their warehouse does not send it and they have to go and get it (!!!!!) and that they will have it on Saturday morning. Of course on the Saturday we got on the phone, we were told they did not get it and will bring it from Monday. I politely told them not to bother them and to credit me the rest, where they acted in my 2nd harassment on Monday 22/11. The conclusion is yours to make.
Π	Παναγιώτης Λαδάς on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα Smartwatch ( Reddmi 2 Watch Lite) το οποίο δεν μπορουσε να κάνει σύζευξη με το κινητό (, Redmi 9A) και το στέλνω πίσω. 2 μήνες καθυστέρηση ( ενημέρωση αν δεν έπαιρνα τηλέφωνο καμία, email καμία απάντηση). Μου ήρθε σήμερα χωρίς το φορτιστή του. I ordered a Smartwatch (Reddmi 2 Watch Lite) which could not be paired with the mobile (Redmi 9A) and I ship it back. 2 months delay (update if I did not get any phone, email no answer). It came to me today without its charger.

Καθόλου ενημέρωση για την εξέλιξη της παραγγελίας, λανθασμένο tracking number, αγενής επικοινωνία και αποποίηση ευθυνών τόσο για το tracking number όσο και για το χρόνο παράδοσης, που ορίζεται στο σάιτ σαφέστατα 1-3 εργάσιμες (για εντός Αθηνών γράφει παράδοση εντός της επόμενης εργάσιμης). Πέρασαν 10 μέρες και το προϊόν ακόμη δεν το έχω παραλάβει. If it were possible I would not even put a star. No information on the progress of the order, wrong tracking number, rude communication and disclaimer for both the tracking number and the delivery time, which is clearly defined on the site as 1-3 working days (for within Athens it writes delivery within the next working day). 10 days have passed and I have not received the product yet.

Σε μια δύσκολη εποχή όπου τους πελάτες τους κυνηγάμε όλα τα καταστήματα, είναι λες και τους αναγκάζουμε να μας πουλήσουν κάτι! Απαράδεκτοι. G	Grigoris Charitidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρέλαβα για την εταιρεία που εργάζομαι 4 hdd seagate iron wolf 4 tb στις 15-12-2022, έτυχε τα δυο από τα τέσσερα δισκάκια να είχαν πρόβλημα κι ακόμα περιμένω την αντικατάστασή τους. Λυπάμαι αλλά το θέμα θα φτάσει στο νομικό τμήμα της εταιρείας καθώς και στην προστασία του καταναλωτή (τους το είπα) αν δεν πιστώσουν τα χρήματα των δυο δίσκων το πολύ μέχρι τη Δευτέρα. Ότι χειρότερο από πλευράς εξυπηρέτησης έχω συναντήσει και έχουν και υφάκι αντί να μας πουν ότι είμαστε εντελώς μαλ...... λυπάμαι που υπάρχουν ακόμα τέτοιες επιχειρήσεις και δεν έχουν κλείσει όλες να ησυχάσει και ο καταναλωτής!!!! E	Eva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα μια κάμερα μέσω τους σάιτ και την επόμενη μέρα τους πήρα τηλέφωνο για να τις κάνουμε 2 τελικά. Μου είπαν φυσικά γίνεται και ότι κανονίστηκε! Αλλά η 2η δεν ήρθε ποτέ χωρίς ΚΑΜΜΙΑ ενημέρωση. ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ: Όχι η παραγγελία δεν είχε αποσταλεί οπως μου είπατε στο τηλέφωνο(και αυτό φαίνεται και στο ότι το email ενημέρωσης για την παραγγελία ήρθε 2 μέρες μετά την τηλεφωνική μας επικοινωνία). Επισης ρωτησατε συνάδελφό σας την ωρα που μιλούσαμε αν υπαρχει δεύτερη καμερα και σας απάντησε ναι. Ακομα και έτσι να ήταν όμως ΠΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ θα έπρεπε να έχω λάβει την αντίστοιχη ενημέρωση. Επαγγελματισμός μηδέν! I ordered a camera through the sites and the next day I called them to make 2 finally. I was told of course it is possible and that it was arranged! But the 2nd never came without ANY update. ANSWER: No, the order was not sent as you told me on the phone (and this can be seen in the fact that the information notification for the order came 2 days after our telephone communication). You also asked your colleague while we were talking if there is a second camera and he answered yes. Even if it was, it is NOT WHERE it should be, I should have received the corresponding information. Zero professionalism!
