★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρα πολυ εξυπηρετικό διαδικτυακό κατάστημα!! Είχα παραγγείλει ένα κρυστάλλινο ποτήρι μέσω skroutz και δυστυχώς μου ήρθε σπασμένο παρόλο που το ειχαν συσκευασει τέλεια ( bubbles και σφηνωμένο στο κουτί του με χαρτί συσκευασίας). Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και την επόμενη κι ολας μέρα ήρθε δικός τους άνθρωπος στο σπίτι και μου παρέδωσε το νέο ποτήρι με πολλή ευγένεια και μου ζήτησαν 1000 φορές συγγνώμη, αν και εμφανώς το λάθος δεν ήταν δικό τους αλλά της εταιρείας ταχυμεταφορων. Εγώ έμεινα παρά πολυ ευχαριστημένος και μακάρι όλα τα διαδικτυακά καταστήματα να συμπεριφερονταν κατ` αυτόν τον τρόπο.!!!
 Very helpful online store !! I had ordered a crystal glass via skroutz and unfortunately it came broken even though they had packed it perfectly (bubbles and wedged in its box with wrapping paper). I contacted them and the next day their man came to the house and handed me the new glass with great courtesy and they apologized to me 1000 times, although obviously the mistake was not theirs but the courier company. I was very happy and I wish all the online stores behaved in this way !!!
