★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για πρώτη φορά χθες γιατι συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο ειναι πελατης τους πολλα χρόνια κ μου ειπε τα καλυτερα ομως δεν προκειται να ξαναπαω! Πηρα 2 πράγματα που είχαν διαθεσιμα (συνταγή κ προβιοτικά) κ τα άλλα 2 που δεν τα είχαν, ενώ μου ειπαν θα τα παραγγείλουν κ να περάσω αργοτερα να τα παρω (συγκεκριμένα μετα τις 6 μμ), και αν εν τω μεταξύ τα βρω άλλου να τους ενημερωσω για να μην κάνουν την παραγγελία, οταν πήγα μετα τις 6μμ μου λέγανε οτι περίμεναν από μένα τηλεφωνο κ δεν κάνανε την παραγγελία!
Βέβαια ηταν ξεκαθαρο από την αρχή οτι δεν θελανε να παραγγείλουν τα προϊόντα (κάποια κυρια, ισως η δεύτερη ιδιοκτήτρια, δεν ειμαι σιγουρη, δεν ήθελε να τα παραγγειλει, αλλα ο κυριος που με εξυπηρετούσε επέμεινε) κ αντι να ειναι ειλικρινεις, με βάλανε να πηγαινοέρχομαι κ δεν είχαν κ την ευσυνειδησία να ζητήσουν συγγνώμη για το μπέρδεμα παρα προσπαθούσαν να το ρίξουν στην δίκη μου κακή αντίληψη!
Επισης δεν υπήρχε τήρηση μέτρων (ο φαρμακοποιος για να τον ακουσω καθως μου μιλούσε κατέβασε τη μάσκα), ούτε περιορισμών ατόμων μέσα στο φαρμακείο.
I went for the first time yesterday because a relative of mine has been their client for many years and he told me the best but I am not going to go again! I got 2 things that were available (prescription and probiotics) and the other 2 that they did not have, while they told me they will order them and I will come later to get them (specifically after 6 pm), and if in the meantime I find another to I informed them not to place the order, when I went after 6pm they told me that they were waiting for a phone call from me and they did not place the order!
Of course it was clear from the beginning that they did not want to order the products (some lady, maybe the second owner, I'm not sure, did not want to order them, but the gentleman who served me insisted) and instead of being honest, they made me go back and forth They did not have the conscience to apologize for the confusion, they tried to throw it in my bad perception!
There was also no observance of measures (the pharmacist to listen to him as he spoke to me took off his mask), nor restrictions on people inside the pharmacy.
