Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ευγενέστατος, διέθεσε ένα 5λεπτο να μου εξηγήσει την λειτουργεία του ψυγείου, να κάνω ένα τεστ στο ψυγείο και κατόπιν να επικοινωνήσω πάλι, οπότε βλέπουμε και κάνουμε. Πρώτη φορά βλέπω τέτοιας εξαιτερικής ποιότητας επαγγελματισμό! 5 αστεράκιακαι ένα εύγε. I called the service to make an appointment for a refrigerator failure. Επιπλέον, δική μου επίσκεψη στο service τους, όπου μου πλάσαραν μεταχειρισμένο ανταλλακτικό για καινούριο. Κάκιστη εμπειρία. One-time home visit and refrigerator repair. The repair was never done. Ανταποκρίθηκαν ταχύτατα, εκτίμησαν το κόστος και άμεσα (εντός 2-3 ημερών) προχωρήσαμε και με την επισκευή μιας και το απαιτούμενο ανταλλακτικό ήταν διαθέσιμο. Δούλεψαν αποτελεσματικά και μου έλυσαν το πρόβλημα. Μάλιστα επισκεύασαν το πλυντήριο στο χώρο μου χωρίς να χρειαστεί μεταφορά του κάτι που θα αύξανε το κόστος επισκευής. Άλλη εταιρεία που είχα κάλεσει για να μου δώσει προσφορά επισκευής, δεν μου έδινε αυτή τη δυνατότητα της επισκευής στο χώρο μου. Συγχαρητήρια για τον επαγγελματισμό σας. Excellent. I called them for repair in an LG washer dryer. They responded quickly, estimated the cost and immediately (within 2-3 days) we proceeded with the repair since the required spare part was available. They worked effectively and solved my problem. In fact, they repaired the washing machine in my place without the need to move it, which would increase the cost of repair. Another company I had called to give me a repair offer, did not give me this possibility of repair at my place. Congratulations on your professionalism.

Μου έδωσε συμβουλές για τη συντήρηση του στεγνωτηριου μετά την επισκευή. Τους προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Very helpful. They responded immediately. The carpenter is polite, careful and very clean in his work. He gave me tips on maintenance of the dryer after the repair. I highly recommend them.

Σε επικοινωνία μου για το τι έχει συμβεί κ δεν ήρθαν, με αγένεια μου είπαν ότι είχα ακυρώσει το ραντεβού, πράγμα που προφανώς δεν ίσχυε κ επέμεναν κιόλας! Όταν τους ζήτησα να έρθουν με παρέπεμψαν στην εξυπηρέτηση της LG για να δοθεί εκ νέου βλάβη! Δεν με άφησαν να μιλήσω κ να εκφράσω την δυσαρέσκεια μου μιλώντας πάνω από εμένα και να μη με ακούσουν! Καταλαβαίνω ότι μπορεί να γίνουν λάθη, αλλά σε αυτές τις περιπτώσεις ψάχνεις για να βρεις λύση κ να έχεις έναν ικανοποιημένο πελάτη, πράγμα που προφανώς δεν έγινε!!! Την όλη ιστορία κ τα παράπονά μου τα εξέφρασα στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της LG, ζητώντας τους να παραπέμψουν την επισκευή της βλάβης σε έναν άλλον συνεργάτη τους. They never came to a scheduled appointment for home service of the refrigerator! In my communication about what happened and they did not come, they rudely told me that I had canceled the appointment, which obviously was not the case and they insisted! When I asked them to come, they referred me to the service of LG to be damaged again! They did not let me speak and express my dissatisfaction by talking over me and not being heard! I understand that mistakes can be made, but in these cases you are looking to find a solution and have a satisfied customer, which obviously did not happen !!! I expressed my whole story and complaints to LG customer service, asking them to refer the repair of the fault to another partner.
