★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πλυντήριο-στεγνωτηριο αγορασμενο το Δεκέμβρη '19,μέχρι τον Ιούνιο 4 φορές ήρθε τεχνικός,τον Ιούνιο κάνουν αντικατάσταση (μέσω Κωτσόβολου total support)γιατί είχε χαλασμένη πλακέτα τελικά.απο τον Ιούλιο δεν δουλεύει το στεγνωτηριο,το πήραν για service,το κράτησαν 2 εβδομάδες το έφεραν πίσω με το πρόβλημα να επιμένει.θα κινηθώ νομικά
 Washer-dryer bought in December '19, until June a technician came 4 times, in June they make a replacement (via Kotsovolos total support) because it had a damaged board. they brought it back with the problem persisting.I will move legally

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει. Κλιματιστικο ολοκαίνουριο που δεν δούλεψε ποτέ. Αγορασμενο τον Ιούνιο με 2 επισκέψεις από την service one.... τέλος Σεπτεμβρίου και ακόμη να το φτιάχνουμε. Ζητησα αντικατάσταση και αρνήθηκαν. Τα τηλεφωνήματα αμέτρητα....Σας συστήνω να μείνετε μακριά και από την hisense, από την ετυτ σε,και από την κοροϊδία της service one.
The worst I have encountered. Brand new air conditioner that never worked. Bought in June with 2 visits from service one .... end of September and still be making it. I asked for a replacement and they refused. The phone calls are countless .... I recommend you to stay away from hisense, etit se, and the mockery of service one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 02/07/20 αγόρασα απο την εταιρεία Κωτσοβολος εναν ψυγ/τη Hisense
Ο τεχνικός που έχει συνεργασία στην Ρόδο μέσω τηλεφώνου μου εδωσε οδηγιές και αφού η συντήρηση δεν δουλεψε μου είπε αρχικα ότι θα περάσει την Παρασκευή και μετά τις φωνες μου ότι θα περάσει ίσως και αύριο αλλά μιας και δεν έχει τα ανταλλακτικά θα χρειαστει να περιμένουμε όταν έχουν διαθεσιμότητα???
Ακόμα περιμένω μετά απο μια μιση έβδομαδα να φερουν ανταλλακτικά, αυτοι θα καθοντουσαν χωρις ψυγείο 1 ημερα??

On 02/07/20 I bought a Hisense refrigerator from the company Kotsovolos
The technician who works in Rhodes gave me instructions by phone and after the maintenance did not work he first told me that it will pass on Friday and after my voices that it will pass maybe tomorrow but since he does not have the spare parts we will have to wait when they have availability???
I still wait after half a week to bring spare parts, they would sit without a refrigerator for 1 day ??
Shame!!!
