Se puede ver la reconstrucción muy bien realizada. Recomiendo que contraten un guía para conocer un poco más la historia de la isla y monumentos

Ο Οίκος των Ναξίων οικοδομήθηκε στις αρχές του 6ου αι. π.χ. από μεγάλους γρανιτόλιθους (ο γρανίτης ήταν ένα από τα βασικά συστατικά του εδάφους του νησιού). Για την χρήση του κτιρίου έχουν διατυπωθεί κατά καιρούς διαφορετικές θεωρίες, από το ότι ήταν ο αρχαιότερος ναός του Απόλλωνα ή ότι χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την φύλαξη ιερών σκευών και αναθημάτων ή και ως εστιατόριο. Η πιό χαρακτηριστική κατασκευή που συνδέεται με τον Οίκο ήταν το τεράστιο άγαλμα του Απόλλωνα, ύψους 9 μέτρων το οποίο είχε στηθεί στην ΒΔ γωνία του κτιρίου, εκεί που σήμερα βρίσκεται η πελώρια μαρμάρινη βάση του βάρους περίπου 32 τόννων. Ο Θεός παριστανόταν στον τύπο των Κούρων, γυμνός, με μακριά μαλλιά, στιβαρούς ώμους και το αριστερό πόδι λίγο πιό μπροστά από το δεξί. Σήμερα τμήματα του βασικού αγάλματος (ο κορμός και η λεκάνη) βρίσκονται στην Δήλο, στον ναό Αρτεμίσιο της θεάς Αρτέμιδος, τμήμα του αριστερού ποδιού στο Βρετανικό Μουσείο ενώ το αριστερό του χέρι είναι στο Μουσείο της Δήλου.

The House of Naxia was built at the beginning of the 6th c. e.g. from large granites (granite was one of the main components of the island's soil). For the use of the building, different theories have been formulated from time to time, from the fact that it was the oldest temple of Apollo or that it was used for the storage of sacred utensils and votive offerings or as a restaurant. The most characteristic construction associated with the House was the huge statue of Apollo, 9 meters high which was erected in the NW corner of the building, where today is the huge marble base weighing about 32 tons. God was represented in the form of the Kouros, naked, with long hair, strong shoulders and the left leg a little further in front of the right. Today parts of the main statue (the trunk and the pelvis) are in Delos, in the temple of Artemisio of the goddess Artemis, part of the left foot in the British Museum while his left hand is in the Museum of Delos.
