L	Lilian Panayiotopoulou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μια πολύ κακή επιλογή καταλύματος. Το συγκρότημα είναι χτισμένο κάθετα στη θάλασσα και έχει πολύ κακό προσανατολισμό, πρακτικά αυτό σημαίνει οτι δεν έχεις θέα στη θάλασσα αλλά έχεις ήλιο από την ανατολή εώς τη δύση. Η θάλασσα είναι καθαρή αλλά έχει πέτρες και αχινούς. Μέναμε σε δίχωρο δωμάτιο στον πρώτο όροφο. Τα δωμάτια είναι παλιά με ελλειπή καθαριότητα και κακοσυντηριμένα από απλά πράγματα όπως οτι η ντουλάπα δεν έκλεινε, οι πόρτες τρίζανε και για τις μπαλκονόπορτες ήθελα βοήθεια για να τις ανοίξω (φουσκωμένα ξύλα, πρόβλημά με την κλειδαριά) μέχρι πιο επικίνδυνα όπως οτι το καλώδιο από το πολύμπριζο που χρησιμοποιούσε για τα 2 ματάκια της κουζίνας περνούσε πάνω από τον νεροχύτη και για να μην ακουμπάει στα νερά το είχε στερεώσει με ένα συρματάκι από το παράθυρο την κουζίνας! Δεν έχει σίτες αλλά έχει κουνούπια! A very poor choice of accommodation. The complex is built vertically in the sea and has a very bad orientation, practically it means that you have no view of the sea but you have sun from east to west. The sea is clean but it has stones and sea urchins. We were in a two-room room on the first floor. The rooms are old with a lack of cleanliness and poorly maintained by simple things such as the wardrobe did not close, the doors were spinning and for the balcony doors wanted help to open them (inflated woods, problem with the lock) to the more dangerous ones than the cable from a sliver used for the 2 cheeks of the kitchen was passed over the sink and, to avoid touching the water, it had fastened it with a wire from the kitchen window! It does not have screens but has mosquitoes!

Clean environment, furniture and 80-year-old beds require immediate renovation with modern furniture, doors, from LEROY MERLIN, PRAKTIKER, JYSK with affordable and modern towels and Sheets !!
M	Marko Kraljevic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na slikama koje booking prikazuje deluje kao jako lepo i mirno mesto a u stvarnosti je je sve suprotno.Prvo vila je stara,sa jako losom higijenom,ukoliko ste u apartmanu u prizemlju a iznad njega se koristi apartman od buke od hodanja,stolica ne mozete posteno da se odmorite.Ono sto je jako bitno je da na 50 metara od vile postoji neka prljava mocvara koja se uliva u more.Samo mesto Kala Nera je katastrofalno,ni onaj specificni miris mora ne postoji.Vila ne vredi onoliko koliko je na bookingu i nemam nijednu preporuku. The pictures shown in the booking show a very nice and peaceful place, and in reality everything is the opposite. The first villa is old, with very poor hygiene, if you are in the apartment on the ground floor and above it the apartment is used from noise from walking, the chair can not be fastened to rest. What is really important is that there is a dirty swamp that is leaking into the sea at 50 meters. The only place for Kala Nera is catastrophic, nor does it have a specific scent that does not exist. It does not matter as much as it is on booking and I do not have any recommendations.

M	Manu Sarid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place! The garden is full of fruit trees - cherries, apples, pears, plums and more. Moreover there are lots of fresh vegtibles.. The rooms are wide abs spacous, and are very cheap for their size. Each room has a small kitchen and private shower/toilet. Rooms are located 15 meters from the water line, on a private and amazing beach. Each room has view both to the beach and the beautiful pelion mountains. A perfect and peacfull place. The village itself has many good resturants and bars..lovely place to spend a few weeks in the summer time
Y	Yoel Deshe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, a private beach with water perfect for children( no waves), just far enough to evoid the crowded Kala-Nera scene but close enough to enjoy the taverns and fascilities. Very basic rooms, but for 90€ /night in high season is reasonable, a classic fit for the long stayers on a bit of a tight budget. The place is managed with a "tight fist", hot water were not avaialable all day, room cleaning policy is a bit unclear( every 2 or 3 or 4...?), and having 3 young kids who produced an extra wet sheet from time to time got me an angry reaction from the owner. Any way, we stayed 12 days, had a good time, so my bottom line for this one is just keep an eye on the value for money.
