★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 5/5 το μεσημέρι μου ήρθε η καρέκλα που παρήγγειλα απ το dell exclusive store θεσ/νικης και είχα προπληρώσει στην ΟΚΤΑΒΙΤ 270 ευρώ . στις 7/5 τους πήρα τηλέφωνο να τους ενημερώσω ότι έχει χαλασμένες βόλτες ( όπως συμβαίνει σε πολλούς από ότι είδα εκ των υστέρων στις αξιολογήσεις ) εκεί που βιδώνει η μία απ τις 4 βίδες που συγκρατούν- ενώνουν την βάση του μηχανισμού με την καρέκλα , και τους ρώτησα αν είναι σοβαρό και αν μπορούν να με καθοδηγήσουν πως να την φτιάξω ώστε να μην την στείλω πίσω μίας και δεν το θεώρησα σοβαρό και δεν ήθελα αντικατάσταση ( μένω στον δεύτερο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ και το δέμα είναι 35 κιλά , επίσης έχω δυο βάρια χρονιά άρρωστους γονείς στο σπίτι και δεν έχω διάθεση για τέτοια γι αυτό και δεν πήρα τηλ στις 6/5 ) μου είπαν να τους στείλω βίντεο ή φώτο ώστε να τις δει το αρμόδιο τμήμα . όταν το έκανα διαπίστωσα ότι είχε δυο ξηλωμένες ραφές κάτω στην βάση της δερμάτινης και το ένα μπράτσο κουνιόνταν υπερβολικά κάνοντας ενοχλητικό θόρυβο, επίσης είχε κάτι ζάρες σε μία μεριά της επένδυσης και η βάση στο σημείο της χαλασμένης βίδας είχε λασκάρει πιο πολύ . Έστειλα λοιπόν και την άλλη μέρα μου ζητάνε να τους στείλω την απόδειξη και την επομένη μου ζητάνε να την λύσω ,να την πακετάρω , να την κατεβάσω απ τον δεύτερο όροφο ,στα χέρια 35 κιλά δέμα , για να περάσει συνεργάτης τους να την πάει στην Αθήνα ώστε να γίνει τεχνικός έλεγχος , καρέκλα μίας ημέρας ουσιαστικά !!!! εν το μεταξύ ο μεταφορέας-συνεργάτης που την έφερε την κοπάνησε κάτω στο πεζοδρόμιο (το κιβώτιο) , το οποίο ήταν μέσα στην βρωμιά , το άκουσα κατεβαίνοντας τις σκάλες , και η απόδειξη βρομούσε ψητό αρνί για μέρες . Εν τω μεταξύ η καρέκλα δεν λύνεται γιατί δεν βγαίνει η βίδα ώστε να απελευθερώσει τον μηχανισμό ... Στις 11/5 μου είπαν θα περάσει ο συνεργάτης τους να την πάρει όπως είναι και θα πάει έτσι για έλεγχο χωρίς να λυθεί ... Από τις 16/5 πλεον τρίζει σαν παλιός μεντεσές πόρτας όταν περιστρέφομαι με τα ποδια στον αερα. 19/5/21 καμία άλλη ενημέρωση η επικοινωνία , το απόγευμα τους πήρα εγώ και απορημένοι στα όρια της ειρωνείας μου είπαν οτι δεν ήξεραν γιατί δεν είχε έρθει ακόμη ο συνεργάτης τους , θα το τακτοποιήσουν και θα με ενημερώσουν, 24/5 καμία ενημερωση . 26/05 το απόγευμα με πέρνει τηλ ο μεταφορέας που την είχε φέρει , έρχομαι να την πάρω μου λεει και να χεις και το χαρτί μαζί για να την μεταφέρω . του λεω οτι δεν έχω κάποιο χαρτί ή καποια ενημερωση παρά μόνο την απόδειξη , επίσης δεν μπορώ να κατεβάσω την καρεκλά απ τον δεύτερο μονος . αδερφέ εγώ δεν ανεβαίνω πάνω ,παραλαμβάνω μόνο απ το πεζοδρόμιο , μου απαντάει , όταν βρεις άτομο με ενημερώνεις και περνάω να την πάρω , οσο για το χαρτί εγώ πρέπει να εχω κατι στα χερια μου , πως θα την μεταφέρω λεει (λες και εφτιαγα εγω ) , καλα θα σου δωσω την απόδειξη αν είναι . Αστο μου λεει θα στειλω εγω email και θα σε π αρω τηλεφωνο σε λιγο . δεν με πηρε τον πηρα εγω μετα απο καμια ωρα , μου ειπε οτι οκ ηρθε χαρτι για την μεταφερει και θα περασει τελικα αυριο γιατι ηταν μακρυα πλεον , ενταξει του λεω μην γυρνας πισω αστο για αυριο . την αλλη μερα οταν ηρθε την ειχα ηδη κατω στην εισοδο , του λεω σου ανοιγω και την περνεις και μου απανταει το επικο - τι ,μονος θα την ανεβασω στο φορτηγο ; ασε που θελει και δεσιμο με σελοφάν , ελα κατω να με βοηθήσεις !!!!! Με πηραν στις 31 του μηνα απ το καταστημα αν ηρθε ο συνεργατης τους να την παραλάβει , και μου ηρθε και μήνυμα οτι έφθασε στο σέρβις τελικά . Τα σχόλια και η επιλογή δικά σας.

So I sent and the next day they ask me to send them the receipt and the next day they ask me to untie it, to pack it, to take it down from the second floor, in the hands of a 35 kg package, so that their partner can go to Athens so that a technical inspection can take place, a day's chair, in fact !!!! meanwhile the carrier-partner who brought her knocked her down on the sidewalk (the box), which was in the dirt, I heard it coming down the stairs, and the receipt smelled of roast lamb for days. In the meantime, the chair is not loosened because the screw does not come out to release the mechanism ... On 11/5 they told me that their partner will come to pick it up as it is and will go for a check without being loosened ... 16/5 now creaks like an old door hinge when I rotate my feet in the air. 19/5/21 no other information the communication, in the afternoon I got them and amazed at the limits of irony they told me that they did not know why their partner had not arrived yet, they will arrange it and inform me, 24/5 no information. 26/05 in the afternoon the carrier who had brought her calls me, he comes to pick her up and tells me to have the paper with me to carry it. I tell him that I do not have any paper or any information other than the receipt, also I can not download the chair from the second one alone. Brother, I do not go upstairs, I only pick up from the sidewalk, he answers me, when you find a person you inform me and I go to get it, as for the paper I have to have something in my hands, he says how I will carry it (as if I made it) , well I will give you the proof if it is. Asto tells me I will send an email and I will call you shortly. he did not take me I took him after a while, he told me that ok came paper to transport it and it will finally pass tomorrow because it was far away now, okay I tell him not to go back for tomorrow. the next day when it came I had it already down at the entrance, I tell him I open it and you pass it and the epic answers me - what, I will only put it in the truck? As much as he wants and tying with cellophane, come down to help me !!!!! They took me from the store on the 31st of the month if their partner came to pick it up, and I received a message that it finally arrived at the service. The comments and the choice are yours.
