★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, better not come in car, quad is ok, reach by feet from pantokrator, 45 minutes for the hiking with down slope and 1h15 climbing. The village has many houses to discover, some of them are well merged with the wild.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived on a 4x4 safari and strolled through this abandoned town. Our guide/driver, Vasili, was great... funny, informative and patient. The village is well off the tourist route and fascinating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional place, you can spend couple hours going trough ruins Hard to get with car. Taking route from south is a best option, you have couple kilometers of great quality abandoned road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful old abandoned village with renovated yet empty small chapels and a church - very hard access.
You can reach it with normal car (we were there from Pantokratos and left for Nissaki with Fiat Doblo) both from Pantocratos and Nissaki but both roads are very hard and you might damage your car easily. Recommend to use ATV or 4x4.

Tip: with a 4x4 take the, very thrilling, route from the west to this forgotten city and the beautiful exciting route east, back to civilization.
Don't go by foot (in summer) or without a 4x4 or even when it's raining. Some proper driving skills are required. I recommend to not let Maverick drive..
