The main front entrance to your house is adjacent to the entrance of your neighbors and your street table and your neighbors are separated by only a couple of meters. In general, in terms of sitting outside and relaxing without disturbing anyone, we did not succeed, only a couple of times after 23-00 we were able to do it calmly, picking up a glass (forget about the glasses) of wine (note that sitting on the balcony on the 2nd floor and look into the distance - you won't be able to)))))), because there is nothing for this, no furniture at all). Permanent local residents have three dogs, small, small, smaller, the most barking and vicious, in the evening after sunset it activates, so my wife did not even let her approach our car in the parking lot, trying to bite. Of course, I could drive her away, but that would mean running into conflict, spoiled mood and further discomfort. Two families with children lived next to us, nice and sociable guys from Odessa, on the very first day they instructed us about dogs))), as well as about conflicts with local residents, which came to the attention of the police. Therefore, we decided not to spoil our vacation and not to go into counter. The territory of the Greeks is illuminated by lanterns at ground level, manicured lawns, everything is neat and beautiful. On the territory of villas for rent there is impenetrable darkness, but due to the slightly visible lighting of neighbors, you can move without fear of breaking your legs (after your eyes get used to the darkness of J), but it is better to turn on the flashlight on J. The villa itself is light inside, spacious, there is a lot of free space, you don't feel closed in it, the rooms are large, there is enough space. But the incompleteness of the renovation shows through in everything, the lamps hang only in central places, if you want to go up to the second floor, then you have to walk from the switch in the dark, along a steep marble staircase. The toilet / shower room on the second floor is a bit small. If you put a towel on the floor - the door won't open, if you leave the slippers inside - it won't close, in general, the whole logistics of using the shower was .. Hot water - it's still not clear why, while paying extra 50 euros for electricity to the total rent, I have to turn on the heating tank for no more than 15 minutes ?! the first time I meet this. Moreover, all hot water taps in the house were turned off, except for the showers, and I had to turn it on everywhere. All right, there would still be air conditioners, then this additional payment could be understood. Kitchen - except for a refrigerator, an electric oven with two burners, a tortured toaster and a burner for making coffee, there is nothing, i.e. pizza in the oven, or heating food in the microwave, you may not even dream of tea. Our neighbors from Odessa say they knocked out the kettle J for three days, now there is one in one of the three villas, perhaps you will be lucky. There are enough plates, cups, cutlery and pans, no complaints here. When you want to wash, a legitimate question will arise, but where is the washing machine, which is in the description of the villa ?! We find out that there is a washing machine - one for two villas, such as a baby, which is transferred from house to house. A normal washing machine is available only in the average villa, in which, as it turned out, sometimes the owner himself and his family live. Therefore, it is probably the most equipped. Barbecue - if you decide to cook something, you will have to wait until your neighbors finish cooking if you coincide with them in the desire to use it.

A terrible place for families with small children! None of the above by the owner is true! There is no washing machine, air conditioning, the stairs are narrow and spiral without a fence, which is completely unsafe for small children, there is no wi-fi, in one room which is run as the 3rd bedroom is a small bed and the room is without lighting. The road to the villa is narrow and unpaved, and the access to the villa is on a large hill and it is difficult to enter by car. My recommendation is that you can find better accommodation for that money.
