★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όπως πάντα ευγενικό προσωπικό κ εξυπηρέτηση πολυτελείας. Η θέα μαγευτική κ ο καφές υπέροχος. Μας κέρασαν κ Canolli με τα καφεδάκια μας.
 As always polite staff and luxury service. The view is magnificent and the coffee is wonderful. Mr. Canolli treated us to our coffees.

Easter Sunday, we waited 1:30 hours for them to bring us 2 coffees. Poor service for coffee belonging to a 5 * hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 ποτά 60 λεπτά, υπεύθυνος με ανύπαρκτες ικανότητες διαχείρισης.Σερβιτόροι εξυπηρετικοί που έτρεχαν να μας εξυπηρετήσουν αλλά δεν μπορούσαν να σώσουν την κατάσταση. Δυστυχώς η ποιότητα της εξυπηρέτησης δεν αντιστοιχεί σε 5* ξενοδοχείο. Ούτε απ' έξω.
5 drinks 60 minutes, responsible with non-existent management skills. Helpful waiters who ran to serve us but could not save the situation. Unfortunately the quality of service does not correspond to a 5 * hotel. Not even from the outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίος χώρος με απίστευτη θέα. Η εξυπηρέτηση καλή αλλά πολύ αργή. Πήγαμε για ποτό την επομένη του Πάσχα και ο ένας σερβιτόρος δεν ήταν αρκετός. Το ίδιο συνέβη και το καλοκαίρι. Θέλει περισσότερη μέριμνα αυτό το κομμάτι γιατί πραγματικά είναι ένας χώρος φροντισμένος που προσελκύει πολύ κόσμο.
Very nice place with incredible views. The service is good but very slow. We went for a drink the next Easter and one waiter was not enough. The same thing happened in the summer. This piece needs more care because it really is a well-kept space that attracts a lot of people.
