I had an amazing experience with Olympic Rentals, everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful ! My mother and I rented a quad and two different cars and it all went well. Would definitely recommend them.

They are great until you have any issues or need help with your vehicle. TL;dr: Rented a quad, got into a accident - got “fined” ~800€ and had to argue for +1h to get the rest of the rental period back in cash (4 days). We rented 2 ATV’s and unfortunately one of the ATV’s ended up in a accident. ATV was lightly damaged. Fortunately driver and passenger were OK. We called for help, authorities were informed etc. At the office is where this circus starts. The “manager” blond lady in here early 60’s gives us a damage statement which states we have to pay ~800€. Considering the damages - that was way to much. Anyways - we tried paying for it (card) - she then added a 13% fee (some type of card fee). After some really tense discussions and name calling - she magically “deleted” the fee and we payed. Now we still had 4 days left on our rentals. We wanted our money back for the rest of the period. That was a hard no! Here the lady starts throwing bogus threatening at us. Raises here voice and just goes loco … We ended up calling the cops. It wasn’t until then - she payed 80% of the rest of the rental period back. Also - we didn’t get any document stating what the damages were and how much each thing costs, that we payed or that we got part of our money back. She refused to give us anything like that! We ended up going over to Farros down the street. I’m not saying they are better - but at least they have some insurance included in the price!

We rented a 50cc scooter in their office around the corner. Very friendy man, good info and most important we could see everything around the island we wanted. Fair price and excellent service.

Horrible service, got into an accident with ATV, overpaid for "repairs".. they charged 240€ to switch plastic, made up a lot of other damages which totaled to 715€.. they refused to switch or give me back my money that i had already paid to rent the ATV untill 5 more days.. eventually I called the police and they quickly changed their attitudes. Stay clear and avoid the old lady

We rented from Zakynthos town, so we did not see the car. They use that fact to bring you the worst car, since they know you will not give up at the last moment. So, ours had speedometer not working at all, the breaks were squeaking. It was so weak, i was afraid it would not manage all thre roads. Was not comfortable at all. And the full coverage is not the real full coverage. ? What is also amazing that they charge you 15 eur to bring you the car to the town, exactly 4 km to our hotel. Of course, you get no invoice for that. On other greek islands i visited had much better rentacar experiences.

Wanted to charge 20 euros to bring a buggy less than 2km. To my Accommodation . Buggy was already costing 120 euros for one day. Very true about what people have said about Olympic Rentals

Avoid at all costs…. Vehicle had Engine Management light on when we picked up and then we had the car a day and we wanted to go across the island to port near shipwreck beach and the car would not go up the hill, back firing and no power and engine management light flashing, we returned the car and he said he’d take it to workshop and return this evening but not give us any extra time which we had paid for! Disgusting and unsafe!!
