De auto met volledige verzekering is veel, veel goedkoper dan de andere verhuurbedrijven. De auto werd netjes afgeleverd bij ons appartement en ook weer opgehaald. De hele transactie is in goed vertrouwen overeengekomen zonder aanbetaling. Mijn advies is: zoek niet verder en neem contact op met Julie van Merlis. Highly recommended. Arranged the suto from the Netherlands. No deposit was required. The car with full insurance is much, much cheaper than the other rental companies. The car was neatly delivered to our apartment and picked up again. The whole transaction was agreed in good faith with no deposit. My advice is: look no further and contact Julie van Merlis.

Quando l'abbiamo contattata pochi giorni prima di partire, ci ha fatto sapere che aveva disponibile solo una vecchia auto comunque in buone condizioni, fornendoci un elenco di autonoleggi concorrenti se desideravamo un auto più nuova. Abbiamo noleggiato la sua auto ed effettivamente è andato tutto bene spendendo molto meno di quanto chiedevano altri autonoleggi, il tutto con full insurance, zero pensieri, al ritorno abbiamo solo lasciato le chiavi. E non basta, Julie ci ha consigliato anche dove alloggiare spiegandoci le differenze fra un posto e l'altro, come poi effettivamente constatato sul posto. Che dire di più, magari trovare una Julie ovunque ci si rechi in vacanza. If you need to rent a car in Zakynthos, ask for Julie from Merlis rent car, she will amaze you, not only for her professionalism but also for her kindness and honesty. When we contacted her a few days before we left, she let us know that she only had an old car available however in good condition, providing us with a list of competing car rentals if we wanted a newer car. We rented his car and actually everything went well, spending much less than what other car rentals asked for, all with full insurance, zero worries, on our return we only left the keys. And that's not all, Julie also advised us where to stay, explaining the differences between one place and another, as actually observed on the spot. What more, maybe find a Julie wherever you go on vacation.

Julie was really nice and helpful and arranged everything we needed, car was waiting for us at the airport parking place and we signed the necessery papers later at the office on main street. No deposit required, payment in cash and full coverage for any damage on the vehicle. I can recommend Merlis rental to anyone who does not require a brand new vehicle.

We rented last year from this car rent and everything was excellent. From amazing customer service (Julie, thanks again!) to great car selection and excellent price, which included full coverage, no excess fees, no hidden charges, and no deposit. We had a Hyundai i20 the first day, and Fiat 500 the other three. Hyundai was practically new (with 20k km on it) but we rally aimed for the open roof of the 500, which is a great choice for two on the narrow roads of Zante!
