★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη ιδιοκτήτρια, αγενεστατη κ χωρίς όρεξη να εξυπηρετήσει. Το μαγαζί είχε 5 πελάτες, κ πελαγωσε. Ζητήσαμε να κάνουμε μια αλλαγή κ μας προσβαλλε. Επίσης ήταν πολύ αργή.
Unacceptable owner, ruddy and indifferent to serve. The shop had 5 customers, and he loved it. We asked for a change and challenged us. It was also very slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για αλλαγή τριών κομματιών 3 μέρες αφότου αυτά μου δωρίστηκαν. Η ιδιοκτήτρια αρνήθηκε την αλλαγή υποστηρίζοντας ότι είχαν αγοραστεί 3 μήνες πριν πράγμα που δεν μπορούσε να αποδειχθεί μιας και δεν είχε βάλει κάρτα αλλαγής και επιπλέον ότι δεν είχε αποθεμα παρόλο που ίδια κομμάτια υπήρχαν στην βιτρίνα του καταστήματος. Με αγενές ύφος μου είπε ότι οι κάρτες αλλαγής δίνονται "κατά παραγγελία" του αγοραστή και πώς το δώρο μου δεν είχε κάρτα λόγω του ατόμου που μου το χάρισε και άρα αυτό έφταιγε. Γενικά, συμπεριφορά απαράδεκτη, αντιεπαγγελματική και αγενής. Προτιμήστε κάποιο άλλο μαγαζί για τις αγορές των δώρων σας στην πόλη.
I went for a change of three pieces 3 days after they were donated to me. The owner denied the change claiming that they had been bought 3 months ago which could not be proven since she had not put a change card and in addition that she did not have stock even though the same pieces were in the shop window. He rudely told me that the change cards are given "to order" of the buyer and that my gift did not have a card because of the person who gave it to me and therefore it was his fault. In general, unacceptable, unprofessional and rude behavior. Choose another store for your gift shopping in the city.
