Όλα καλά λέω δίνω την αρνητική μου απάντηση σε 2 άλλες θέσεις εργασίας και πάω περιχαρής να υπογράψω την σύμβαση μου. Πηγαίνοντας λοιπόν προς τα εκεί βάζω gps στο κινητό μου και βλέπω όλες τις άσχημες κριτικές για την εταιρεία και αρχίζω και ανησυχώ λίγο κάτι το οποίο είναι αρκετά λογικό θα έλεγα. Φτάνω έρχεται η ώρα να υπογράψω την σύμβαση εργασίας και ρωτάω καθότι με ψιλο έτρωγε την υπεύθυνη για την εκπαίδευση που θα ξεκινούσε σε λίγο αν έχει δει τις κριτικές και πως είναι πολλές που είναι αρνητικές, αναφέροντας μάλιστα κάποια γενικά σχόλια πχ ότι δεν πληρώνουν, ότι οι συνθήκες εργασίας δεν είναι καλές κλπ. Μου λέει λοιπόν η υπεύθυνη πως δεν θα απολογηθεί (λες και ζήτησα κάτι τέτοιο) και πως σε κάθε εταιρεία υπάρχουν και καλές και κακές κριτικές. Είναι στη δική σου βούληση μου λέει αν θα συνεργαστούμε. Απαντώ και εγώ λοιπόν πως εννοείται θα συνεργαστούμε και πως θέλω να κρίνω κατιδιαν κάποια πράγματα. Επιστρέφω μου λέει και φεύγει. Έρχεται λοιπόν μετά από λίγο και μου λέει αν έχετε τον Θεό σας ότι δεν θα συνεργαστούμε γιατί δεν τους άρεσε η συμπεριφορά μου......... Έμεινα μην πω τι .. Χαιρέτησα και έφυγα κιουρια. Τι να πρωτοπω? Για το bullying του ανωτέρου προς τον εργαζόμενο? Για τον φασισμό που από ότι κατάλαβα κυριαρχεί την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία? Δηλαδή δεν μπορούμε να μιλήσουμε? Anyway μάλλον γλίτωσα οπότε χαίρομαι.
