Οι περισσότεροι μεταπωλητές παρά παραγωγοί. Άχρηστη υπηρεσία έτσι όπως λειτουργεί. Το μόνο που κάνει είναι να αφήνει κερδες στους γνωστούς όχληση και βρωμιά στους περίοικους, κυκλοφοριακό και νεύρα στους περαστικούς.
