Από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπαίνεις στον χώρο αισθάνεσαι πολύ όμορφα και οικεία καθώς όλοι οι χώροι είναι πεντακάθαροι και τηρούνται όλα τα μέτρα κατά του COVID. Πλέον η γυμναστική έχει γίνει μέρος της καθημερινοτητας μου και το οφείλω σε αυτό το γυμναστήριο και στους γυμναστές του. ?? It is difficult to describe in a few sentences his experience in the elixir of Laskaratos. The staff is extremely friendly and trained. From the first moment you enter the space you feel very beautiful and familiar as all spaces are spotless and all measures against COVID are observed. Now fitness has become part of my daily routine and I owe it to this gym and its trainers. ??
L	Lea T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξατομικευμένη γυμναστική που γίνεται σε μικρά τμήματα. Κάθε φορά που κάνω γυμναστική νιώθω ότι κάνω σαν personal. Οι γυμναστές επιβλέπουν από κοντά τον κάθε ένα που γυμνάζεται και διορθώνουν αναλόγως. Επίσης δίνουν ιδιαίτερη σημασία σε περιπτώσεις τραυματισμών ή παθήσεων. Το περιβάλλον του γυμναστηρίου είναι πεντακάθαρο, φωτεινό και υπάρχουν πολύ καθαρά αποδυτήρια, WC & ντουζιέρα. Το γυμναστήριο διαθέτει 3 χώρους, ο ένας είναι για fitness & τρέξιμο, ο δεύτερος για pilates και ο τρίτος για προγράμματα. Οι υπεύθυνοι και οι γυμναστές είναι παρόλα αυτά πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε οποιαδήποτε ερώτηση. Το μόνο που θα έλεγα ότι θα μπορούσε να κάνει την ολική εμπειρία ακόμη πιο τέλεια είναι 1-2 παγκάκια ακόμη για να αλλάζουμε στα αποδυτήρια και να είμαστε πιο άνετοι. Κατά τ’αλλα είναι υπέροχα όλα ! Personalized gymnastics done in small sections. Every time I exercise I feel like I'm doing it personally. The trainers closely supervise each one who trains and correct accordingly. They also pay special attention in cases of injuries or diseases. The environment of the gym is spotless, bright and there are very clean locker rooms, WC & shower. The gym has 3 areas, one for fitness & running, the second for pilates and the third for programs. Managers and coaches are nevertheless always willing to help with any question. The only thing I would say that could make the whole experience even more perfect is 1-2 more benches to change in the locker rooms and be more comfortable. Otherwise, everything is wonderful!

It started with the warm welcome of Kyriaki, Apostolis and Simos. It quickly moved to the knowledge that you get from the trainers here and their awesome energy. Classes are small 2-4 people and sometimes quite fun. All instructors are eager to help and to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they willgwill you there (and further) while having fun! Apostoli, sincere thanks for the diverse workout combinations during our personal training. We have a lot of fun while we work out and though we laugh a lot we take our "work" seriously. I will definitely encourage everyone to join!!!!
