Βρήκα τα γυαλιά που έψαχνα σε σούπερ τιμή που σε κανένα άλλο κατάστημα ( δεδομένου ότι είμαι Θεσσαλονίκη) δεν είδα τέτοια διαφορά τιμής από την κανονική που έχουν μεγάλα καταστήματα οπτικών. Σίγουρα από εδώ και στο εξής θα παραγγέλνω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα οπτικών! As soon as I received my order, I have only the best to say in terms of packaging and impeccable service! I found the glasses I was looking for at a great price that in no other store (since I am in Thessaloniki) I did not see such a price difference from the normal one that big optical stores have. I will definitely order from this optics store from now on!

Το πακέτο ήταν με προσοχή φτιαγμένο ώστε να μην πάθουν τίποτα τα γυαλιά ! Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! σίγουρα θα ξανά αγοράσω!!! Perfect service !! in purchase from the website I had to make a change in the size of the glasses, which was done by the store without paying the shipping costs! The package was carefully made so that nothing hurts the glasses! I fondly recommend!! I will definitely buy again !!!

Αρχικά να πω ότι βρήκα τα γυαλιά ηλίου που έψαχνα (στην καλύτερη περίπτωση) σχεδόν στην μισή τιμή σε σύγκριση από διάφορα καταστήματα της Πάτρας! Λες και το κατάστημα Λιολιος δεν έχει περιθώρια κέρδους στην τιμή που τα δίνει... Προσωπικό άριστα καταρτισμένο και αρκετά εξυπηρετικό με βοήθησε μάλιστα να διαλέξω το σωστό μέγεθος σε σχέση με τα γυαλιά οράσεως που έχω! Με ενημέρωσαν πως αν δεν κάνει το μέγεθος που μου πρότειναν ότι θα γίνει αντικατάσταση με το πιο μεγάλο χωρίς να χρεωθώ κάτι παραπάνω! Συσκευασία δεν θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη, τα γυαλιά μέσα στην θήκη τους και στο κουτί τους και για έξτρα προστασία μέσα σε άλλο κουτί αρκετά σκληρό! Το μόνο σίγουρο είναι ότι θα ξανά ψωνίσω από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα! Whatever I say is a little about this store !! First to say that I found the sunglasses I was looking for (at best) at almost half price compared to various stores in Patras! It is as if the Liolios store has no profit margin at the price it gives ... Excellently trained and quite helpful staff even helped me choose the right size in relation to the glasses I have! I was informed that if it does not do the size they suggested, it will be replaced with the larger one without being charged anything more! Packaging could not be better, the glasses in their case and in their box and for extra protection in another box quite hard! The only sure thing is that I will shop again from this store!

Αγορασα ένα ζευγάρι γυαλιά από τη σελίδα του καταστήματος στο ίντερνετ και τα παρέλαβα μετά από δύο μέρες προσεγμενα και συσκευασμένα με πολύ ασφαλή τρόπο. Λόγω του ότι είμαι κανίβαλος, κατάφερα μέσα σε δύο μέρες να χαραξω τα γυαλιά μου σε ένα πολύ εμφανές σημείο. Επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και αμέσως μου ζήτησαν να τους ξαναστείλω τα γυαλιά για αντικατάσταση, ακόμα και αν η εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει τέτοιου είδους ζημιές, από τη βλακεια του πελάτη. Παρέλαβα μετά από άλλες δύο μέρες ένα ΟΛΟΚΑΊΝΟΥΡΙΟ ζευγάρι γυαλιά με προσωπική αφιέρωση αφού απ ότι φαίνεται τους ζάλισα αυτές τις μέρες. Ευχαριστώ πολύ το κατάστημα και το προσωπικό για την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση καθώς και για την "χάρη" που μου έκαναν να αντικαταστήσουν τα γυαλιά ακόμα και αν θα μπορούσαν απλά να μην ασχοληθούν εφόσον η εγγύηση δεν καλύπτει τέτοιου είδους ζημιές. Συγχαρητήρια για την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση και σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω το εν λόγω κατάστημα ξανά στο μέλλον. I really have no words for this store. I bought a pair of glasses from the store's internet page and received them after two days carefully and packaged in a very safe way. Due to the fact that I am a cannibal, I managed to engrave my glasses in a very visible place within two days. I contacted the store and they immediately asked me to send them the glasses again for replacement, even if the warranty does not cover such damages, due to the stupidity of the customer. After another two days I received a BRAND brand new pair of glasses with personal dedication since apparently I stunned them these days. Many thanks to the store and the staff for the excellent service as well as for the "grace" they gave me to replace the glasses even if they could just not bother as long as the warranty does not cover such damages. Congratulations on the excellent service and I will definitely prefer this store again in the future.
