d	desi milkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ας ενημερωθεί η υπάλληλος σας σε τι ηλικία βάζουν τα παιδιά μάσκα και μην κάθεται στη πόρτα και το παίζει security, περίμενα μισή ώρα με το παιδί μου 3 ετών σε παιδικό πηγαίνει κι δεν φοράνε μάσκα και η υπάλληλος σας στάθηκε στη πόρτα και μου απαίτησε να βάλω στο παιδί μάσκα που δεν καταλαβαίνει τι είναι κι πως την φοράμε. Ξέρετε ουτε άσχετοι είμαστε ουτε σας έχουμε ανάγκη, αντιθέτως είμαι στο χώρο υγείας κι ξέρω πολύ καλά τους κανόνες μάσκας. Πήγα σε άλλο μαγαζί κι ούτε περίμενα στην ουρά ουτε μου ζήτησαν κάτι παράλογο κι καλύτερες τιμές είχαν. Δεν είστε οι μόνοι αυτό μην το ξεχνάτε. Έχω βρεθεί μπροστά σε περιστατικά που επιπλήττουν πελάτες μπροστά σε όλους και αυτό συνέβη και σε εμένα και δεν περίμεναν ούτε να αποχωρήσω απο το κατάστημα πρωτού ξεκινήσουν να με σχολιάζουν μεταξύ τους και να χασκογελούν. Η χειρότερη εμπειρία που έχω μέχρι σήμερα σε κατάστημα. Σου δίνουν να καταλάβεις χωρίς αμφιβολία οτι θεωρούν τους πελάτες ανεγκέφαλους και τεράστιο βάρος γιαυτούς και χάσιμο χρόνου μόνο που παρουσιάζονται στο κατάστημά ΤΟΥΣ. Η εταιρία οφείλει να εκπαιδεύσει το προσωπικό της έστω και για τα βασικότερα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών. Unrestrained staff. Unacceptable behavior. Φέρονται σαν να είναι δικό τους το μαγαζάκι και αφεντικά όλων! Έχω πάει σε πολλά καταστήματα orchestra στην Αθήνα , πότε μα ποτέ δεν είχα κάποιο αρνητικό σχόλιο για κανέναν τους . Εδώ η κατάσταση είναι εξευτελιστική!! Ντροπή στο υς υπεύθυνους που δεν συμμορφώνουν το προσωπικό τους και αποκτούν κακό όνομα! Καλό θα ήταν να διαβάζουν και λίγο τους νόμους γιατί ένας τρελός να βρεθεί πήγαν αυτόφωρο! If I could not put any star I would do it !!!! Κρίμα από ότι φαίνεται δεν σας νοιάζει να έχετε πιστούς πελάτες και ένα καλό όνομα.. Τελευταία φορά που επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα νομίζετε ότι μας κάνετε και χάρη... j	johnkatir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μην κανετε ποτε παραγγελια μεσω site για παραλαβη απο καταστημα ή παραδοση σε ολα τα καταστηματα στην Ελλαδα περιμενει ο πελατης οτι ειτε θα υπαρχει στο καταστημα να παραλαβεις σε ενα ευλογο διαστημα ημερων ειτε εαν δεν υπαρχει στο καταστημα να περιμενεις μερικες μερες να το στειλουν απο καποιο αλλο 10 μερες τωρα και τιποτα ακομη θα κανει περιπου αλλες 10. τελειωνει η εποχη και το ρουχο θα παει για πεταμα! Μα γραφουμε λεει οτι θελει 15 μερες εργασιμες ναι μετα την επιβαιβεωση της παραγγελιας ομως! Δεν φταινε αυτοι εμεις φταιμε που δεν στηριζουμε τα τοπικα μαγαζια γιατι νομιζουμε οτι εχουν και διαφορα στις τιμες καμια!!! Οσο αναφορα το καταστημα Ηρακλειου οι υπαλληλοι μια χαρα ειναι και εξυπηρετικοι σαν Ονομα ομως απαραδεχτο ολο αυτο! Κριμα τα χρηματα για την καρτα μελους!
