★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει πάντα με το χαμόγελο.
Μαγαζι πρότυπο στην εξυπηρέτηση για το ντύσιμο των παιδιών αλλά και για της μέλλουσας μητέρας.
Αν και πολύ μακριά από την περιοχή που μένω επισκεπτόμαστε συχνά το κατάστημα 2 φορές τον μήνα και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σε άλλους
Στα αρνητικά πιο εύκολα πιάνεις το λαχείο παρά να βρεις θέση πάρκινγκ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όμορφα ρούχα και καλής ποιότητας πιστεύω τα πιο πολλά είδη. Τιμουλες τσιμπημενες σε κάποια κομμάτια, εκτός αν πληρώσεις την ετήσια κάρτα μέλους.
Beautiful clothes and good quality I believe most items. Fees stung in some pieces, unless you pay the annual membership card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση και στο click away. Βάζω 4 αστέρια για το μόνο αρνητικό, ότι το ασανσέρ είναι πολύ μικρό και δεν χωράει το καροτσι για να ανέβεις στα μωρουδιακα. Κατά τη γνώμη μου τα μπεμπέ θα έπρεπε να βρίσκονται στο υπόγειο.
Very good service in the click away. I put 4 stars for the only negative, that the elevator is too small and does not fit the stroller to go up to the baby. In my opinion the babies should be in the basement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eνα αστεράκι για την αγένεια στο ταμείο που μου υπενθύμισε γιατί δεν ανανέωσα την κάρτα συνδρομής μου το προηγούμενο έτος. Και τότε μια αγενής υπάλληλος με εξυπηρέτησε. Ισως είναι καιρός να εκπαιδεύετε το προσωπικό σας στο ποιος ειναι ο δοκιμος τροπος εξυπηρετησης πελατών από το να κυνηγάτε μόνο πελάτες μέσω προσφορών.
An asterisk for the rudeness at the checkout that reminded me why I did not renew my subscription card last year. And then a rude clerk served me. It may be time to train your staff in what is a tried and tested way of customer service rather than just chasing customers through offers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 πράγματα ήθελα (μεταλλικά πηρουνια κ κουταλάκια και σαλιάρα με μανικια) και δεν βρήκα τιποτα. Ανέβηκα στον ημιόροφο κ δεν βρέθηκε κάνεις να με εξυπηρετήσει, βρήκα μονη μου πού είναι τα είδη φαγητου. Κακή εξυπηρέτηση γενικότερα.
I wanted 2 things (metal forks and spoons and a bib with sleeves) and I did not find anything. I went up to the mezzanine floor and no one was found to serve me, I found myself where the food is. Poor service in general.
