I	Ioanna Antoniou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν υπάρχει πιστεύω χειρότερο orchestra οι πωλητριες απαράδεκτες, κυκλοφορούν με το καφέ στο χέρι δεν εξυπηρετούν ποτέ γελάνε και κουτσομπολευουν τους συναδέλφους τους στο ταμείο ότι δν δουλεύουν μιλάνε άσχημα και γενικά απορώ γιατί δν γίνεται κάτι ...καμία σχέση με το orchestra σε Αγία Παρασκευή και smart park... There is no worse orchestra I believe salespeople are unacceptable, circulating with coffee in hand they never serve laughing and gossiping their colleagues at the cashier that they are not working speak badly and generally wonder why nothing is going on ... nothing to do with orchestra smart park ...
v	vaskou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί να αλλάξω ένα δώρο με τη γυναίκα μου και το γιό μας 7 μηνών. Μας είπαν ότι πρέπει να περιμένουμε όλη την ουρά μόνο και μόνο για να μάθουμε την τιμή του προιόντος, έχοντας και μωρό στο καρότσι... Και μετά περιμέναμε άλλη τόση ώρα για να αγοράσουμε το προιον που αλλάξαμε. Αυτή την ηλιθιότητα πρώτη φορά τη βλέπω σε οποιοδήποτε μαγαζί. Μόλις άρχισά να φωνάζω ότι είναι απαράδεκτο αντι να δεχτούν ότι είναι άκυρο και να απολογηθούν πχ ότι δεν είχαν άτομα στο ταμείο είπαν σε μια κοπέλα που με υπερασπίστηκε αν θα μου έδινε τη σειρά της. Εντελώς τραγική συμπεριφορά, την ανυπαρξία τους τη μεταθέτουν στον πελάτη. Εννοείται ότι δεν θα ξαναπατήσω ποτέ στο συγκεκριμένο μαγαζί και για το γεγονός αλλα ακόμα περισσότερο για την συμπεριφορά τους, άθλιοι και άκρως αντι-επαγγελματίες... Ν	Νikos Voug on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από τις χειρότερες εξυπηρετήσεις και εμπειρίες που έχω συναντήσει!Λογικά τα θετικά σχόλια πρέπει να είναι και των εργαζομένων!Καταρχάς οι τιμές είτε είσαι μέλος είτε όχι είναι πάρα πολύ υψηλές!Μόνο για κορόιδα που απλά βαριούνται να ψάξουν σωστά! Σε καταστήματα όπως kiddo,motherbaby,koudounistra και διάφορα άλλα οι τιμές είναι πιο χαμηλές! Για να σε ξεγελάσουν σου έχουν τις τιμές στον Θεό και αν έχεις πληρώσει φυσικά για να έχεις κάρτα μέλους θα έχεις πολύ χαμηλή τιμή...που σε σχέση με άλλα καταστήματα είναι και πάλι υψηλή!Αν πάλι δεν έχεις την κάρτα μέλους θα πληρώσεις ακριβά ότι και αν πάρεις! Όσο για τους εργαζόμενους...κυρίως μια μεγάλη ξανθιά που είναι στα σεντόνια είναι αγενέστατη,απαράδεκτη εντελώς! Οι άλλοι απλά δεν έχουν όρεξη,είναι σαν να δουλεύουν για 50-100 ευρώ τον μήνα και σου κάνουν χάρη που υπάρχουν εκεί!Για κανέναν λόγο ξανά.. Το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα είναι άρπα κόλλα, να αγοράσεις κανενα ρουχο η ότι άλλο χρειαζεσαι στα γρήγορα, αλλά μέχρι εκεί. Αποφασίσαμε να αγοράσουμε τα έπιπλα του δωματίου για το παιδί μας και το μετανιωσαμε οικτρά καθώς άλλη ημερομηνία είχαμε πει για παράδοση, άλλη έγραψαν στην παραγγελία με αποτέλεσμα να πάμε ένα μήνα πίσω στην παράδοση και ευτυχώς που κάναμε σχετική έρευνα και σε συνεννόηση με άλλο κατάστημα, καταφέραμε και τα πήραμε 10 μέρες νωρίτερα από την Λανθασμένη ημερομηνία παράδοσης καθώς υπήρχε απόθεμα, απλά οι αδιάφορες του συγκεκριμένου επαναλαμβάνω καταστήματος δεν είχαν πάρει χαμπάρι και περίμεναν παράδοση από το εξωτερικό. Γενικά, αδιάφορες στην εξυπηρέτηση, είναι μόνο να βαράνε ταμειακή και ρούχα στα ράφια. Μόνο ένα παλικάρι που δουλεύει εκεί ξεχωρίζει καθώς ενδιαφέρεται για τον πελάτη και εξυπηρετεί αξιοπρεπώς. We decided to buy the room furniture for our child and we regretted it as another date we had said about delivery, another was written on the order so we went a month back to the tradition and fortunately we did a research and in consultation with another store, we managed and we took them 10 days earlier than the wrong date of delivery as there was a stock, just the indifferent of this repeat store did not get a dime and waited for overseas delivery. Generally, indifferent to service, it's only to be cash and clothes on the shelves. Only one lady who works there stands out as he cares for the client and serves his dignity.

A	Angelo Balto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from the online shop (country Greece) and 1) I was initially charged for shipping - contrary to their website service policy, 2) they never shipped any items at all - 2 months now, 3) never replied to any of my emails, 4) never replied to my phones So, let’s see if anything gets done after this bad review. It is unfortunate that google reviews is the only client defence these days.
