Ε	Ειρηνη Τσαλικου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, από μια συγκεκριμένη κυρία(δεν μπορώ να καταδικασω όλο το προσωπικό, καθώς δεν είχα επαφή με άλλη υπάλληλο). Ήμουν μια ώρα μέσα στο κατάστημα με μωρό ενός έτους προσπαθώντας να κάνω μια αλλαγή. Καθυστερούσε υπερβολικά να με εξυπηρετήσει, περίμενα πάρα πολύ ωρα για να μάθω το ποσό της αλλαγής, και τελικά καταλήξαμε να μου πει μετά από 1 ώρα, το τονίζω!!!! ότι δε γίνεται να γίνει αλλαγή γιατί επρόκειτο για εκπτωτικα κομμάτια και με προέτρεψε να πάω στον Κορυδαλλο η στην Πατησίων που έχει εκπτωτικα καταταστηματα(πράγμα που δεν ξέρω αν ισχύει καν, διότι παντού τελικά είχαν εκπτωτικα κομμάτια). Και εδώ αξίζει να τονίσουμε ότι μένω στη Ν Ιωνία και με έστειλε τόσο μακριά! Τελικά μαντέψτε!!! Με εξυπηρέτησαν στο κατάστημα στο mall. Και έκανα έρευνα τηλεφώνικα και θα μου πραγματοποιούσαν την αλλαγή και στο Χαλάνδρι και στην Κηφισιά! Αγαπητή Lapin να θυμάστε ότι ο χρόνος μας δεν είναι για χάσιμο! Ευχαριστώ! Unacceptable service from a specific lady (I can not condemn all staff, as I had no contact with another employee). I was in the store for an hour with a one year old baby trying to make a change. He was too late to serve me, I waited too long to find out the amount of the change, and finally we ended up telling him after 1 hour, I emphasize it !!!! that there is no change because it was about discounted items and he urged me to go to Korydallos or Patision which has discount stores (which I do not even know if it is true, because everywhere they finally had discounted items). And here it is worth emphasizing that I live in N Ionia and he sent me so far! Finally guess !!! I was served at the store in the mall. And I did a research by phone and they would make the change for me in both Chalandri and Kifissia! Dear Lapin, remember that our time is not to be wasted! Thanks!

Η κοπέλα ομως που με εξυπηρέτησε μου έδειξε τα μισά κομμάτια από το νούμερο που της ζήτησα, τα υπόλοιπα τα ανακάλυψα μόνη μου! Επιπλέον, για 2 κομμάτια που μου άρεσαν της ζήτησα το μεγεθος που ήθελα κ είπε πως ήταν τα τελευταία κ πως ήταν σε άλλο μέγεθος ενώ μετά τα βρήκα μονη μου σε άλλο σημείο.... Δεν ξέρω αν ηταν καινούρια αλλά δεν ήξερε τι υπήρχε στο τμήμα... Fortunately, they changed, among other things, the clothes they had brought me from a stock store. P	Paraskevi Papathanasiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς οι πωλήτριες ενδιαφέρονται μόνο να πουλήσουν ότι τους εχει περισσέψει, ΧΩΡΙΣ να εξηγούν στους γονείς ΤΕΧΝΙΚΑ χαρακτηριστικά του προιόντος που πουλάνε. Ανευθυνότητα απο μέρους τους διότι έχουν να κάνουν με βρέφη και συνάμα επικίνδυνες όταν οι εν λόγω κυρίες πουλούν υπνόσακο tog 2.5 με θερμοκρασία 25 βαθμούς έξω και τελικό αποτέλεσμα το μωρό να γίνει μούσκεμα στον ιδρώτα.
