Πήγαμε στο μαγαζί για αλλαγή του προϊόντος, προφανώς ελαττωματικό, και η υπάλληλος αρνήθηκε να μας το αντικαταστήσει ή να μας δώσει άλλο προϊόν αντίστοιχης αξίας, λόγω όπως ισχυρίστηκε κακής χρήσης! Κακή επαγγελματίας και δεν δέχθηκε καν την άποψη ότι το προϊόν ενδεχομένως να είναι ελαττωματικό. Δεν το συνιστώ.
My daughter bought a ring and it broke the next day! We went to the store to change the product, obviously defective, and the employee refused to replace it or give us another product of similar value, due to what she claimed was misuse! Poor professional and did not even accept the view that the product might be defective. I do not recommend it.
