Είναι δίκλιτος ναός,βρίσκεται στη θέση «Φρούδια», στο χώρο που τάφηκαν οι Βενιζέλοι.
Ο Ναός επισκευάστηκε με δαπάνες του Τσάρου της Ρωσίας Νικολάου μετά από βομβαρδισμό του 1897. Αργότερα «ανακαινίσθηκε» με αποτέλεσμα να αλλοιωθεί η αρχική του μορφή.
Στο χώρο γίνονται πολλές εκδηλώσεις, γάμοι και βαπτίσεις και είναι πολύ δύσκολο να βρεις ημερομηνία για 1 χρόνο μετά από την ημέρα που θα πας....
The historic church of the prophet Elias, in Akrotiri, was built at the beginning of the 16th century, characteristic of the Venetian style.
It is a two-aisled church, located in the place "Froudia", in the place where the Venizelos were buried.
The temple was repaired at the expense of Tsar Nikolai of Russia after the bombing of 1897. Later it was "renovated" with the result that its original form was altered.
There are many events, weddings and baptisms in the area and it is very difficult to find a date for 1 year after the day you go ....
