★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Using GoKissamos for my need on renting a car in Chania was a pleasant surprise. The car we received was clean, inside and out, and with good tires. The service and communication of Dimitris was like we were the most valuable clients ever. That gave us the feeling that GoKissamos will be next to us in case we need anything.
Dimitris gave us tips on places to visit, and helped with that to make our holidays in a great place, even better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good rental. I was calling the owner 2 hours prior to lnding in Chania. He was waiting in front of the arrival gate, we signed the papers, i paid and thats it. No stupid credit card needed no extra fees. Returning of the car was very fast. My first and very Good experience with car rental!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We actually rented a car with another supplier but they never showed up. Dimitris saw us and came to help. He was very kind and gave us his number for emergencies.
The next day he helped us finding a new, much more cheaper car within 15 mins.
Recommend ! 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out to "book" a car with this company during the peak season.
After more than a month of arranging a car rental with them, 2 weeks before my flight they cancelled the booking due to "overbooking". The truth is that prices raised due a high demand and now they found another customer who can pay more.
Because of the irresponsibility of these ppl, it took me days to find a new car and had to pay 300€ more than the price agreed with GoKissamos.
Absolutely won't recommend them.

Worst showcase of Crete you can imagine.
Booking made several months in advance was canceled due to "overbooking". I was offered to rent a car for double the price. It is obvious that they have decided to raise the price due to the high interest in the season. Because of no choice, I decided to pay double. As a result, I received a car which was almost this same age as the man handing over the keys. It is nightmare to drive such a wreck, especially with the whole family with two small children.
Mr. Dimitris - you should be ashamed of yourself. It make me sad that there still exist this kind of tricksters.
Fortunately, they did not manage to ruin whole vacations. The rest of the inhabitants of Crete are as wonderful as the legend says.
