Το κτήριο σήμερα είναι υπο κατάρρευση. Η υπουργός Πολιτισμού Λίνα Μενδώνη υποσχέθηκε το 2019 να διενεργηθεί αυτοψία από κλιμάκιο αρχιτεκτόνων στο παλιό Υδροθεραπευτήριο Λ.
