Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit gehobener Ausstattung. Die Lage ist genial, 2 min bis zur Strandpromenade! Alle Räume sind mit separat gesteuerter Klimaanlage versehen (außer Badezimmer). Hohe Sicherheit durch Alarm gesicherte Eingänge. Fliegennetze an allen Fenstern. Sehr gutes WLAN. Alles sehr sauber. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Im Untergeschoss ist eine separate kleine Wohnung für 36 Euro pro Tag zubuchbar. Korfos ist ein kleines Fischerdorf und zum Zeitpunkt unseresvAufenthalts recht verschlafen. Außer am Strand zu liegen haben wir keine Freizeitmöglichkeiten identifizieren können. Das Dorf liegt am Ende einer 10 km langen kurvigen Stichstraße, diese muss zwingend gefahren werden, um woanders hinzugelangen. Die nächst größere "Stadt" liegt 20 km von Korfos entfernt; hier gibt es auch bessere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und EINEN GELDAUTOMATEN, den gibt es in Korfos nämlich nicht... :-) Kleine Mankos: Der Vermieter spricht fast kein englisch! Wir vermissten ein Salat-/Nudel Sieb (haben wir nach gekauft, da die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr schwierig ist) sowie Teelöffel. Letztere fanden wir dann zufällig in einer Schublade im Esszimmer. Alle Abstellflächen müssen erst von Deko-Gegenständen befreit werden. Hier wäre weniger mehr. Küche ist funktionstüchtig, die Einrichtung ist aber sehr alt und passt nicht zum sonstigen Ambiente.

Very nice holiday home with high equipment. The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach promenade! All rooms are equipped with separately controlled air conditioning (except bathrooms). High security through alarm-secured entrances. Fly nets on all windows. Very good wifi. Everything was very clean. High quality facility. A separate small apartment can be booked in the basement for 36 euros per day. Korfos is a small fishing village and quite sleepy at the time of our stay. Apart from lying on the beach, we couldn't identify any leisure activities. The village is at the end of a 10 km long winding cul-de-sac, which must be driven to get anywhere else. The next larger "town" is 20 km from Korfos; There are also better shopping possibilities and an ATM, which is not available in Korfos ... :-) Small drawbacks: The landlord speaks almost no English! We missed a salad / noodle sieve (we bought it afterwards, as communication with the landlord is very difficult) and teaspoons. We found the latter by chance in a drawer in the dining room. All storage areas must first be cleared of decorative objects. Less would be more here. The kitchen is functional, but the furnishings are very old and do not match the rest of the atmosphere.
