★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα δύο αστερια ειναι μονο γιατι μεχρι περυσι ετρωγα πολυ καλες παστες οι οποιες φετος πηγαν περιπατο... Τη velrhona δεν αρκει να τη χρησιμοποεις...πρεπει να ξερεις και πως να τη διαχειριστεις σωστα. Επισης οποιος ζαχαροπλαστης φτιαχνει την απλη, αγαπημενη παστα αμυγδαλου με στρωσεις παντεσπανι και σαντιγι...απλα πρεπει να αλλαξει επαγγελμα. Και με κρεμα Γιωτη να τη φτιαχνατε καλυτερη θα ηταν... Επισης πρεπει να αλλαξετε λιγο υφος. Δεν δουλευετε στο Κολωνακι (που κι εκει να δουλευατε δε θα δικαιολογουνταν το υφος 45 καρδιναλιων ).
