Slightly odd experience. View is great, and nice pastries. Sadly, having sat outside we were ignored by staff and had to attract their attention several times to order/pay etc. Also the cafe’s vegetarian sandwich option wasn’t available, and no alternative was suggested. To his credit, our waiter noticed we weren’t having a great time and sent over someone who may have been a manager - she then made no effort to rectify the situation. Why bother to come over at all? Maybe it was an off day.

What a beautiful place to have coffee. The cakes are awesome. There is also a delicatessen with an excellent range of foods.

6 stars if possible. Parisian quality in Chania. Please treat yourself the incredible croissants they make here. I am almost certain you have not had better. I

Great selection of gourmet products! Mostly Cretan products even if there are a few weird additions to their range (like Belgian gluten-free cookies). The staff is very nice and welcoming. Sourdough bread was delicious as was the viennoiseries. My partner had the most decadent croissant ever!

The pastries were amazing (pretty much the best ones I have ever had). They have a great price also (around € 3,80 each). A great place to eat overall.

Make yourself a favour and visit this place. Located at Chania’s Old Venetian harbour, in an alley behind Pallas cafe. Sit and enjoy your coffee (Cup for espresso lovers) while the smell of butter fills the air. Unbelievable croissants (taste of Paris) Savoury and sweet options. COVID-19 safety protocols are respected, therefore menu can be found online. Cash and credit cards are accepted. What more can you ask from this hidden treasure?

I had the most wonderful Saint Honoré caramel tart here, such a surprise to get this level of baking in a holiday town! The iced latte and iced cappucinno were very good also, and all for a fair price Highly recommended you stop here on your trip to Chania

Good location, nicely done interior, great gourmet shop for meat, cold cut, cheese and wine, as for the pastry they need to lift up the concept especially for Croissant that has only the French appellation but not its taste.
