★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρχικα οταν τους ρωτησα ποσο θα στοιχίσει μου ειπαν 700-800 ευρο και οταν ειπα ενταξει και ηρθε ο καιρος να παραλαβω τα πραγματα μου στην ελλαδα το πηγανε στα 1750 χωρις αποδειξη!!!! ΠΡΟΣΕΧΕ ΠΟΛΥ ΜΕ ΑΥΤΟΥΣ ΚΑΙ ΕΙΔΙΚΑ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΦΡΟΣΩ.
Initially, when I asked them how much it would cost, they told me 700-800 euros and when I said okay and it was time to pick up my things in Greece, they took it to 1750 without proof !!!! BE CAREFUL OF THEM AND ESPECIALLY WITH IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετέφερα 3 παλέτες λάδια απο την Ελλάδα στο Σικάγο. Είχα άψογη συνεργασία τόσο με το γραφείο στο Μοσχάτο όσο και με την ανταποκρίτρια εταιρεία στο Σικάγο. Όσες φορές τηλεφώνησα για να δω την πορεία της παράδοσης είχα άμεση και λεπτομερή πληροφόρηση.
I transported 3 pallets of oil from Greece to Chicago. I had excellent cooperation with both the office in Moschato and the correspondent company in Chicago. Every time I called to see the course of delivery I had immediate and detailed information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μου φέρανε από το Σικάγο ένα vintage μουσικό όργανο, το πρόσεξαν πάρα πολύ και έκαναν άριστη δουλειά στο πακετάρισμα, πρόσεξαν τα πάντα.
They brought me a vintage musical instrument from Chicago, they paid a lot of attention to it and did an excellent job on the packaging, they took care of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second terrible experience I have with this company and specifically with the lady that handles the front desk. She is rude and totally unprofessional. Although I had a third party wire the money to the company 24 hours before with a screen shot of the transaction she still chose to realease my paperwork by saying that there is a posiblility that I could be playing her!
Although my experience with Alex and Cronos in Toronto was great, this one in Athens was terrible. I would recommend to Alex and anyone that ships stuff in Greece not to Use PALM.
