The only church in the world without a roof. This is a must see. I recommend.

Drive from Myrina to get there from the north/west side, not from the south. Nice walk especially in the evening to enjoy some shadow while walking and the sunset.

Small Orthodox church built inside a big hollow boulder. The church has no roofing which is something unique. Entrance is free but it requires a twenty minute climb on a poorly built stairway in order to get there from the parking spot

Very cool and stunning little open air church in an open lava cave, with great views of the surrounding mountains. It's a 20 minute hike from the car park, up a mountain trail. Don't follow Googles driving instruction to get there, you end up on the wrong side of the mountain. The car park is on the north side.

Amazing view church is build into an impressive natural clif-side on a hill , offering breathtaking panoramic views of the endless blue Aegean sea.

Prepare yourself for quite a walk, bring water and sunscreen. And don't forget your camera. From this place, you can see the whole Mudros bay.

DO NOT GO VIA GOOGLE RECOMMENDED ROAD!!! Follow the “official” road which starts between Myrina and Thanos with the brown table! Then you have approximately 3 km of dirt road and then starts climbing with stone stairs for about 2,5 km - 20-30 minutes of climbing/walking. At the end the chapel is real jewel, if you ignore all the graffiti around... The view is a breathtaking and I strongly recommend to go late at the evening, right before sunset! It’s amazing!

One of the most beautiful holy monuments in the Aegean islands. Difficult to reach cause you have to walk a lot but when you complete the pathway you will be far more satisfied. The area is a nature's miracle. One of the most extraordinary places i ever seen in my life. Better to visit early morning in summer or noon in Spring Wish you have amazing vacations
