★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυσκολεύομαι να καταλάβω γιατί η τράπεζα δεν διαθέτει ένα ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα προτεραιότητας και ένα (μικρό έστω) χωρο αναμονής με καθισματα αλλα αναγκάζονται οι πελάτες να περιμένουν όρθιοι στην ουρά για να εξυπηρετήθουν λες και είναι σε τιμωρία... Ακόμη και οι δημόσιες υπηρεσίες πλέον έχουν σύστηματα προτεραιότητας.. Δεδομένου μάλιστα ότι στο ταμείο εξυπηρέτει ένα άτομο μόνο και με καθυστέρηση (οχι από δική του υπαιτιότητα), η αναμονή είναι χρονοβορα και ιδιαίτερα κουραστική.. Γενικότερα η τράπεζα δεν δείχνει να αγαπά ιδιαίτερα τις σύγχρονες μορφές υπηρεσιών..
 I find it difficult to understand why the bank does not have a priority electronic system and a (at least) seating area but customers are forced to wait in line to serve as if they are being punished ... Even public services now have systems Given that the fund only serves one person with delay (not his own fault), waiting is time consuming and extremely tiring. the only forms of service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη , δεν θέλει ο ταμία να εξυπηρέτηση και να πραγματοποίηση συνάλλαγμα καθώς , και μου ομιλούσε και έπινε το καφέ της !!!!!!
Unacceptable, the cashier does not want to be serviced and make foreign exchange as well, and she was talking to me and drinking her coffee !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άθλια εξυπηρέτηση, δεν απαντούσαν στο τηλέφωνο, αναγκάστηκα να πάω από εκεί κ περίμενα όρθιος την υπάλληλο επί ημίωρο για να ολοκληρώσει προσωπικό τηλεφώνημα με φίλη της.
Ελεεινό μοντέλο συνεταιριστικής τράπεζας .....
Poor service, they did not answer the phone, I had to go from there and I waited for the clerk for half an hour to complete a personal phone call with her friend.
Poor model of cooperative bank .....
