UNACCEPTABLE !! I have been trying to get a phone call for three days now and they NEVER pick it up !! As for the services as a bank ... UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω άποψη για το συγκεκριμένο υποκατάστημα. Για την Παγκρήτια τράπεζα γενικά, έχω να πω ότι χρειάζεται εκσυγχρονισμό, ειδικά στις ηλεκτρονικές υπηρεσίες της (internet banking). Επίσης είναι απαράδεκτη η χρέωση συνδρομής για την debit card και για το μηχανάκι κωδικών για το web banking. Δεν φτάνει που χρησιμοποιείτε τελείως ξεπερασμένες τεχνολογίες, θέλετε να τις πληρώνουμε κιόλας.
I have no opinion on this branch. For Pancreas Bank in general, I have to say that it needs modernization, especially in its online banking services. It is also unacceptable to charge a fee for the debit card and code engine for web banking. It is not enough that you are using completely outdated technologies, you want to pay for them already.

Υποτίθεται ότι έχουν 24ωρη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Άχρηστα σκουπίδια.
I called 5 times in a row and after a few minutes of waiting they hung up.
They are supposed to have 24 hour customer service.
Useless garbage.
