★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αποφασίζω να ξοδέψω χρόνο και βενζίνη για να μεταβώ σε ένα κοντινό ATM Green Panda, αφού έχω επισκεφθεί την ιστοσελίδα της εταιρίας ώστε να επιβεβαιώσω τις τοποθεσίες, και να "πουλήσω" σε αυτή την επιχείρηση ένα smarthone. Φτάνοντας στο σημείο, το ΑΤΜ δεν λειτουργούσε και όπως με ενημέρωσαν, τηλεφωνικά, ήταν ενήμεροι για αυτό ωστόσο, δεν είχαν αναρτήσει κάτι σχετικό ώστε να προλάβουν πιθανή ταλαιπωρία ενδεχόμενου πελάτη. Σε προηγούμενη εμπειρία μου, ήμουν παρούσα σε περιστατικό όπου το ATM στα ΑΒ Κηφισού είχε κρατήσει κινητό τηλέφωνο μιας κοπέλας μέσα και δεν απασφάλιζε με αποτέλεσμα να κληθεί τεχνικός (για την επόμενη ημέρα φυσικά) και ο πελάτης να πρέπει να επισκεφθεί ξανά το κατάστημα απλά και μόνο για να πάρει πίσω το αντικείμενο. Σε άλλες περιπτώσεις, δίνεται διαφορετική προσφορά ακόμη και με διαφορά λίγων λεπτών. Σε κάθε περίπτωση πάντως, η προσφερόμενη αποζημίωση είναι εξευτελιστικής αξίας. Προσωπική μου συμβουλή είναι να τηλεφωνήσετε στο κοντινότερο κατάστημα σέρβις κινητών και να σας κάνουν εκεί μια προσφορά. Και δεν θα ρισκάρετε να χάσετε άσκοπα τον χρόνο σας και σίγουρα θα πάρετε μία καλύτερη προσφορά!
I decide to spend time and petrol to go to a nearby ATM Green Panda, after visiting the company website to confirm the locations, and to "sell" a smarthone to this company. In other cases, a different offer is given even with a difference of a few minutes. In any case, the compensation offered is of degrading value. My personal advice is to call the nearest mobile service store and they will make you an offer there. And you will not risk wasting your time in vain and you will definitely get a better offer!
