Δε βγάζεις άκρη μαζί τους και πρέπει να περιμένεις και ατέλειωτες εβδομάδες για να μιλήσεις με κάποιον αρμόδιο, ο οποίος τελικά δεν θα σε εξυπηρετήσει. The most unacceptable service! You do not get along with them and you have to wait endless weeks to talk to someone in charge, who will not serve you in the end.

Ενώ κλείσαμε ραντεβου γιατί το μαγαζί είναι στον Άγιο Δημήτριο και έπρεπε να γυρίσει αυθημερόν, ρωτήσαμε το κόστος και μας είπαν 110 ευρώ συν ΦΠΑ, παμε εκεί μας ζητάνε αλλά τριάντα συν ΦΠΑ για τα εργατικά ( γιατί δεν το είπαν στο τηλεφωνο?), από Αιγάλεω πισω στον Άγιο Δημήτριο για τα υπόλοιπα και ακόμα δε ξερουν να μας πουνε εάν θα είναι και έτοιμο αυθημερόν.επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι! Unfortunately we had bought the motorbike asking them and for the upgrade no one else undertook. While we made an appointment because the store is in Agios Dimitrios and had to return the same day, we asked the cost and they told us 110 euros plus VAT, they go there they ask us but thirty plus VAT for labor (why did not they say it on the phone?), From Egaleo back to Agios Dimitrios for the rest and they still do not know how to tell us if it will be ready the same day. forgivingly unacceptable!

Very helpful staff! They helped us choose the right equipment for our store through a wide range of products. I will prefer them again.
Y	YIANNIS KAGIAFTAKIS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα αγο΄ρασει μια ταμειακή μηχανή Admin SD100 και σε κάθε αλλαγή που που χρειαζόταν να γίνει η εταιρεία με χρέωνε υπεροβολικά ποσά γι'αυτό(πχ διορθωση την ώρας , μιας και η ταμειακή την είχε "χάσει" παρόλο που είχε και εσωτερική μπαταρία!). Επισης το Φεβρουάριο του 2020 την πήγα να μου την προσαρμόσουν στα νέα δεδομένα που ζητούσε το κράτος. Με χρέωσαν 80ευρώ και όταν τον Ιούνιο του ίδιου έτους τους ρωτησα πως να τη συνδέσω μέσω της γραμμής ethernet, μου είπαν οτι θα πρεπει να την προσαρμόσουν πάλι με 80ευρώ!!!! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας! I had bought an Admin SD100 cash register and for every change that the company needed to make, it charged me excessive amounts for it (eg correcting the time, since the cash register had "lost" it even though it had an internal battery!) . Also in February 2020 I took it to be adapted to the new data requested by the state. They charged me 80 euros and when in June of the same year I asked them how to connect it via the ethernet line, they told me that they would have to adjust it again with 80 euros !!!! The conclusion is yours to make!
