K	Karl Lusbec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic accommodations, quality of furniture is spot on. Great location though a bit noisy if you sleep with the windows opened but it's tolerable. Roof deck has an amazing view over the bay.
D	Daniel Hofmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful designed Boutique Hotel in an old Palais at the Harbour. Great view from the roof terrace and many rooms. Parking can be problematic in oldtown, especially in the narrow, steep one way street of the hotel. You need to be a good driver to get out there backwards downhill. So better park somewhere near. Breakfast is ok, but not much choice. You need to be noise resistant, because the is a discothek in the basement and you can here the bass through, our pillow until 2 am. But that's the price you pay for being near to the main attractions, plenty of restaurants, shops and nightlife.
d	danni baldwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel with fantastic view of chania whilst having breakfast on the roof. Location is great and staff welcoming. We had a key so could enter and exit the hotel at any hour. Key was however very heavy so quite annoying to carry around in my bag.

Rooftop breakfast but starts pretty late (8:30) and we had a lot of noise from the square in front on Saturday evening. Nice people but bad internet. Make sure you got 4g active. Parking is a bit difficult but we had a small car and usually found a place around. Very nice terras in the front. It's located at the harbour and a great location to start from.
L	Lynley Sides on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect place to see Chania! Beautiful boutique hotel right near the harbor but quiet, high ceilings with views. Large rooms good for family of 4-5. Host George was incredibly helpful. They set up cars for us when needed and held our bags when we left to hike the gorge and stay overnight on the back side of Crete until we came back to stay there again and it was very secure. Highly recommend

The this is for you. Pandora Suites is an elated experience. The rooms are spacious and comfy, very stylish and full of wonder. The place counts with a courtyard, a stylish reception and top notch terrace where breakfast is served at 8:00 am- 10:00 am. We had a big of trouble with plumbing but we didn't want to be a hassle and without even mentioning, the hotel fixed the problem!!! You won't regret staying here
J	John Poulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugs everywhere (most were dead), no shampoo or conditioner in room, breakfast was very simple. The good is the location and the decor. Bed was fine. But after the bugs, I was disgusted. We were the only guests here and I think I see why.
C	Christina N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had such a wonderful experience here I felt obligated to share. The room was exactly as pictured, in this big, beautifully renovated old building. I loved all the details, the heavy keys for the doors, wooden ceiling beams, picturesque views onto the water. The staff were friendly, and the concierge went far above and beyond to help me find a cab during peak times (please give him a raise! He deserves it!) A couple of things to note: It’s an old building, so I don’t believe it has a/c (or if it did, I didn’t use it). I enjoyed sleeping with the windows open to let the breeze in, but it did invite a lot of sound from the people dining below. If you’re a light sleeper, this will keep you awake. I’d recommend a courtyard view (very quiet) if you’re worried about sound. Overall, I couldn’t be more impressed with the building, location, and value. Everything was exactly as pictured, and I had a wonderful time experiencing Chania in part due to the stay at this hotel.
