★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Table cloth was dirty, things on the menu were missing and the fried fish contained a fried bug on the side. Fries were old and re-fried and finally even though we were smoking for over an hour we had to use a bottle as an ash tray. The place wasn't even busy at the time so I can't think of a good excuse for that. The only redeeming thing about the place is the view which is great.
