★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the perfect place to stay in Chania. They have a huge balcony with a single bed which you can decide to sleep outside (didn't try it as it was very windy during my stay). The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Chania again next time.

Despite the description stating: "kitchenette" there was no cooking facilities whatsoever apart from a kettle.
Cutlery was definitely insufficient given it was two of us and we only had one fork,three knives and some tea spoons.
Room was equipped with a fridge,a small freezer integrated, and a sink.
The room is on the 4th floor of a new built flat with lift. The studio is part of a flat which has been divided into four apartments. The owner of the flat lives there and you would share the bathroom with him.
The room and the bathroom were clean at our arrival. Cleaning service /bed linen change is not provided,but the owner changed our towels with clean ones after a few days and cleaning products/mop/broom were provided.
Nikos was really friendly and helpful.
The room is circa 8 minutes walking from the old town and 10 minutes driving from several supermarkets.
We were expecting to find cooking facilities and it was a bit disappointing at first,but the breathtaking view from the balcony absolutely made up for it.
