The office did a great job and exceeded all of my expectations concerning the legal issues I was facing in establishing my business. She was aggressive and very confrontational for absolutely no reason! I could not even get a word in edgewise with all her arrogant talking and not listening. To be heard to be believed. When I asked if I could kindly interject to ask if she was a lawyer, she got defensive and ironically said that she was a secretary "and a very good one too"! before resuming her insane rant. (My goodness, she is the worst imaginable let alone a very good one) When this business prevention department finally, finally, ended yelling for the sake of hearing her own voice, she had the nerve to asked if I wanted to email some one what I needed. I said no thank you, we seem to have a acquired a communication problem right from the start. She was so rude for absolutely no reason, I was shaken and shocked, deeply moved, when this firm was otherwise known to have a good name from what I understood. She inhibits international business and reflects poorly on the firm is the bottom line with this intolerant and ill assuming woman who felt "I could be anyone calling" when I simply wanted to retain a lawyer. She has issues and costs the firm I suspect. To be heard to be believed.
