★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από κακή εξυπηρέτηση επι του συνολου και μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις το κερασάκι ένα ελαττωματικό προϊόν που πήγαμε όπως ήταν στο κουτί να το αλλάξουμε και η απάντηση τους ήταν "ΔΕΝ ΣΑΣ ΠΙΣΤΕΥΟΥΜΕ! ". Στη φωτό είναι το 2ο ελαττωματικό προϊόν που δεν μπήκα καν στη διαδικασία να τους το πάω την απάντηση την ξέρω.
 After poor service on the whole and long delays the icing on the cake was a defective product that we went as it was in the box to change it and their answer was "WE DO NOT BELIEVE YOU!". In the photo is the 2nd defective product that I did not even enter the process of giving them the answer I know.

Μηνά Κούρτη ο οποίος χρησιμοποιώντας με αμεσότητα όλα τα μέσα (email, φωτογραφίες, τηλέφωνο) επικοινώνησε και μαζί μας και με την εταιρεία (IDEAL) για να γίνει σωστά ή εξυπηρέτηση. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! The service was done remotely and although it was a toilet lid it was impeccable. All this thanks to Mr. Minas Kourtis who, using all the means immediately (email, photos, phone), contacted us and the company (IDEAL) to get the right service. Thank you!
