★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: good quality for the money, nice people & discreet, large rooms and balcony, nice garden, quiet place, not far from the village center (on foot) if you know the route (take the nearby stairs).
Cons: you have to park your car on the street nearby but it's not hard to find a parking place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The host was very kind! He let us in the apartment at 8AM, even the time of check in was at 2PM and that meant a lot to us in that moment, because we arrived so early! He also gave us map of the place and very usefull advises about visiting nice places around. During 5 day of staying there, they cleaned our apartment 2 times. Best recomendations!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The balcony is huge, with a nice view of the beautiful garden where you can have the morning coffee and breakfast. The bed is comfy and everything is very clean. The guest house is very close to the restaurants and shops. Great value for money, I am glad we booked this accomodation. The host is very nice, thank you Mr Papatzikos for the perfect stay!. Negative: I honestly can’t find anything negative to say....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The owner was very kind to meet us personally and helped to drive to guesthouse. Google maps are tricky directing you on wrong one-way roads, and Neos Marmaros is a hilly town.. So I parked near the church and then we went on foot to the guesthouse and asked the owner to guide us driving. After we knew right directions it was easier to drive out of town to beaches, Parthenonas and Thessaloniki. We received very warm welcome. Although our room was budget small apartment, it had everything we needed: bed, table, chairs, shelf, small kitchen with built-in freezer and cooker, dishes etc, clothesline. It was thoughtfully organized. The room and the whole guesthouse is in traditional style, which we liked. It is very nice to sit in small garden with a cup of coffee:) At the night it is quiet. In 3 minutes you can reach marine or bakery or small shop or fish shop. There are also picturesque houses and balconies at the streets nearby. The room is cleaned throughly, and bedsheets and towels are changed every 2 days. We enjoyed that.. Negative: It would be good to have an electric socket in the bathroom for an electric shaver..
