★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ρούχα καλής ποιότητας αλλά απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.Δυο φορές μου έχουν φέρει δώρα από το συγκεκριμένο και τις δυο φορές οι σακκούλες δεν είχαν την διεύθυνση του καταστήματος .Συγκεκριμένα την πρώτη φορά η σακκούλα ήταν της φίρμας Losan και την δεύτερη της φίρμας boboli χωρίς τίποτα άλλο ούτε κάρτα αλλαγής.Προσπάθησα από το internet να βρώ ποιά καταστήματα είχαν ρούχα των άνω εταιρειών στο Ηράκλειο αλλά έπεσα σε ένα φαύλο κύκλο.Τα ρούχα ήταν μικρά στα παιδιά γι αυτό ήθελα να τα αλλάξω.Έτσι αναγκάστηκα να τηλεφωνήσω στην κυρία που τα είχε φέρει για να μάθω το όνομα του μαγαζιού.Όταν πήγα να τα αλλάξω με πολύ δυσκολία με εξυπηρέτησαν.Προφανώς αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που δεν δίνουν στοιχεία της διεύθυνσης για να αποφεύγονται οι αλλαγές.Καμία διαφορά από το να πάει κάποιος ένα δώρο από τη λαική
 Good quality clothes but unacceptable customer service. Two times I have brought gifts from this and two times the bags did not have the address of the store. Specifically the first time was the bag of the brand Losan and the second of the boboli brand with nothing else change card. I tried from the internet to find out which stores had the clothes of the upper companies in Heraklion but I fell into a vicious circle. The clothes were small for the kids so I wanted to change them. So I had to call the lady who had them partly to learn the name of magaziou.Otan went to change much difficulty exypiretisan.Profanos this is why I do not give address details to avoid allages.Kamia difference than to go one a gift from the People
