★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata ospite qui dal 16 al 23 agosto. Un soggiorno perfetto. Posizione strategica, tranquilla, alla giusta distanza dalla via principale di laganas che è comunque raggiungibile a piedi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutti i servizi (supermercati, ristoranti, e negozi vari)e la spiaggia. La struttura è nuova, la stanza pulitissima(ci hanno fatto le pulizie tre volte in una settimana) e dotata di tutti i comfort. Anche La piscina viene pulita ogni giorno. La proprietaria è una ragazza gentilissima e disponibile sempre. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio.
 I was a guest here from August 16th to 23rd. A perfect stay. Strategic position, quiet, at the right distance from the main street of laganas which is still within walking distance. Nearby there are all services (supermarkets, restaurants, and various shops) and the beach. The structure is new, the room spotless (we were cleaned three times in a week) and equipped with all comforts. The pool is also cleaned every day. The owner is a very kind and always available girl. We couldn't have asked for better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The host asked when we will come what hour, we said, and when we came we needed to wait for the half an hour the host to come and also until our room will be cleaned. Even needed to wait outside
What is the point to ask when you will come if you still need to wait?
Also very noisy in room, i heard otger neighbours talking. Wouldnt reccomend this place to no one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria is a lovely host, when u need something just text her. She is really kind and always happy to help.
The house was fully renewed in 2019 and has a beautiful plant garden with a pool. The Location is a bit tricky to find, but its definetly Worth it.
Very clean, very quiet, 3 min walk to the beach.
U can reach many Restaurants, Bars and the boat trips to the turtle island by foot.
Would recommend to everyone who wants to have a nice stay outside of crowded hotels. Also it is the perfect place to start your adventure for a couple of days with a rental Car.
Zakynthos itself got a lot of nice little hidden beaches you can explore, also there are 2 really good sandy strands. The one next to this flat in laganas and the other one is paralia next to the banana beach watersports. Every other Location on the Island is reachable within 1 hour by Car.
If u want to try something else in greece then kriti or corfu, try Zakynthos (zante).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maria is a really nice, welcoming and helpful host. The apartments are clean and have a nice location from where you can easily get to different places. The area is quiet and relaxing although it’s close to the Main Street. All in all we had a pleasant stay.
